Cancellation Policy

For a refund on INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS of one or two campsites, you must cancel 14 days prior to your reservation date. With a 14 day or more cancellation, a refund will be issued to your credit card, minus a 10% processing fee per campsite. A three day non-refundable deposit is required for all holiday weekends.  

No refund will be given for individual cancellations made 13 days or fewer prior to your arrival date.​

All reservations must be used within the calendar year of booking.  Reservations cannot be transferred to the next calendar year.

Please Note: There will be no adjustments, guarantees, refunds or rebates for problems or failures beyond our control such as, and not limited to: cold/hot weather, rain, fog, snow, fire or smoke from forest fires, burn bans, road conditions, power outages, or any other unavoidable occurrences. If ELKAMP EASTCREEK is required to cancel your reservation we will do our best to reschedule your reservation for another time.  We recommend checking the weather before your trip and pack appropriately.

For a refund on GROUP RESERVATIONS of three or more campsites, you must cancel 30 days, or more, prior to your arrival date. With a 30 day or more cancellation notice, a refund will be issued to your credit card, minus a a 10% processing fee based on the reservation total per campsite reserved. A three day non-refundable deposit is required for all holidays.  

No refund will be given for group cancellations made 29 days or fewer prior to your arrival date.
