Cancellation Policy

RV and Tent Site Cancellation Policy: Family and Friends has a minimum of $15.00 cancellation fee for all RV site and tent site cancellations. If the cancellation is within 21 days of arrival date, there is no refund

For rental cabin and models units the minimum cancellation charge is one night's rental fee.  If the cancellation is within 45 days of arrival for Cabin and models rentals, there is no refund.

For all reservations, there are no refunds for Memorial Day, Labor Day or Fourth of July Holiday weekends all of which require a 3 day stay.  

There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
