Refund Policy

LODGING / RV SITE CANCELATION

For a “Full Refund” you must call the office (573)-729-6668 and talk to FLATNASTY directly a MONTH in advance. However, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee for our processing charges. So please make reservations responsibly.

If you do give FLATNASTY at least one month’s notice about MOVING your reservation to a different date, there will be NO cancellation fee.

 If you need to cancel or move a reservation AFTER the month window expires, there’s a possibility we can work something out. Give us a call the sooner the better and we’ll see what we can do.

 There is no guarantee of any refund once the one month window expires.
