Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

•  Cabin reservation deposits are eligible for a 50% refund if cancellation is made in writing 30 or more days prior to the reservation start date. Within 30 days of reservation start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
•  Campsite deposits are 50% refundable (less first night's fees) if cancellation is made in writing 30 days or more prior to arrival.
•  Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to reservation start date to avoid customer responsibility for entire reservation balance.
•  We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations; therefore, we do not issue refunds and this policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.
  The duration of a reservation may not be shortened once confirmed.
