Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for, but not limited to the following reasons:

• Weather-related
• Early departures, 
• RV and other equiplment failure
• Evictions from rule violations

For reasons other than the listed above,any refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis, at the discretion of GCRVP.
