Refund Policy


  • A voucher may be issued for mandatory hurricane evacuations.
  • No refund or voucher will be given for early voluntary departures.
  • Any vouchers will be issued as a credit on your guest account to be used in the future.


  • A reservation requires a $100 deposit to be charged to the credit card on file and any refunds will be handled in the following way:
  • Cancellations must be done over the phone.  You can not cancel a reservation via text message or email.
  • Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
  • Guests that are a “no show” will forfeit their entire deposit.


  • Any refunds will post to the credit card on file within 5-10 business days of the refund being approved.
