Refund Policy
EARLY DEPARTURES
- A voucher may be issued for mandatory hurricane evacuations.
- No refund or voucher will be given for early voluntary departures.
- Any vouchers will be issued as a camp credit on your guest account to be used in the future.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A reservation requires a $100 deposit to be charged to the credit card on file and any refunds will be handled in the following way:
- Cancellations must be done over the phone. You can not cancel a reservation via text message or email. ?
- Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before arrival will forfeit the entire $100 deposit.
- Guests that are a “no show” will forfeit their entire deposit.
- No refund or voucher will be given for early voluntary departures.
REFUNDS
- Any refunds will post to the credit card on file within 5-10 business days of the refund being approved.
