Cancellation Policy

All cancellations due to weather, illness, family matters, RV Problems, etc. or just change of mind, will be subject to a fee.

Cancellations within 0 - 7 days of reservation start date will be charged 50% of total booking fee.

Stay length shortening within 0 - 7 days of reservation start date will be charged a fee of 50% of the booking reduction. 

Cancellations 8 or more days before reservation start will be charged a one night stay fee.
