On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the spread of COVID-19 to be a global pandemic. To support our community, COVID-19 related reservation adjustments will fall under our natural disaster policy. We may request documentation such as a doctor’s note.
If a booking needs to be cancelled due to a natural disaster (wildfire, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flood, etc.) public health crisis, or other act of nature that will prevent a trip from being safely completed, your despoits will be refunded minus the $22 processing fee per site. We may request documentation such as a doctor’s note, travel restriction, or severe weather advisory to have this policy apply.
Specific air quality guidance: This policy can apply if the AQI at the campground is above 150, as this is considered unhealthy for the general population. Documentation of the AQI in the campground's area within 48 hours of the start date of a trip from a source like AirNow or similar will be required.
Please note that non-severe storms or non-severe temperatures do not fall under our Natural Disaster Policy. If you do not want to go on a trip because of the present weather, please call us so we can rescheduling your trip :)
