Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made 72 hours before the reservation check-in date will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 10% of the monies paid. The balance will be then refunded to the credit card on file.

Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation check-in date will not be eligible for a refund of monies paid for the reservation.

For holiday reservations:

• any cancellations made two (2) weeks or more before the reservation check-in date will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 10% of the monies paid. The balance will be then refunded to the credit card on file.
• any cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the reservation check-in date will not be eligible for a refund of monies paid for the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• 72 hours or more notice provided PRIOR to the Reservation Check-In Date  - 10% cancellation fee charged. 
• Less than a 72 hours notice PRIOR to the Reservation Check-In Date - no refund issued.

Holiday Cancellation Policy:

• 2 weeks or more notice provided PRIOR to the Reservation Check-In Date - 10% cancellation fee charged.
• Less than a 2 weeks notice provided PRIOR to the Reservation Check-In Date - no refund issued.

Early Departure/Cancellation: If you depart early or you cancel or fail to honor any reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund - no exceptions.
