Welcome to Gold Country Campground Resort!

Check-In time for RV & Tent site reservations is 1:00 PM.  Check-In time for Lodge Rooms, Cabins and Cottage is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible, if the site is available and ready, at an additional charge of $10.00 per hour

Check-out time from the campground is 12:00pm.  Your space may have prior reservations, so we ask that you please check out on time!

I agree to use the campground at my own risk.  I agree that Management and Owners are not responsible for any damage, injury, illness or loss to persons, pets or property. I further agree to release Gold Country Campground, LLC, from any and all liability for any injuries or damages arising from the use of its facilities and/or equipment for myself and/or any persons who may accompany the undersigned.

Day Visitors to your site cannot surpass the maximum amount for your reserved site.  Your Day Visitors are required to check-in at the front office before entering the park and purchase a day pass for each person and a car pass for each vehicle. 

Please note that per California Penal Code 537 PC, day-use or camping on the property or using any of the amenities without paying is considered defrauding our business, Gold Country Campground Resort, and therefore a theft reportable to the Sheriff’s Department and prosecutable by law.

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.  Report violations to (209) 296-4650.

Children are to be supervised and the registered guests are responsible for all actions of their children.  Children/Adults who damage park property are responsible for the cost of replacement and/or repair and these costs will be charged to the credit card on file.  Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets are welcome in the RV and Tent sites.  Two (2) dogs maximum are allowed per rv site, tent site, lodge room, cabin or cottage. Sorry, no cats are allowed.  It is your responsibility to pick up after your pet.  Dogs must be leashed (6 foot leash minimum) at all times, except when in the dog park, and under physical control of the owner/handler.  Pets are NOT allowed in the game room, pool area, splash pad, mini golf course, clubhouses, bathrooms or laundry room.  No pet pens are allowed on the lawn or plant beds. Do not leave your pet unattended inside the lodge rooms, cabins or cottage for more than 30 minutes. No dogs are allowed on any of the lodge room, cabin or cottage furniture. An excessive cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found of dogs being allowed on the lodge room, cabin or cottage furniture.

Garbage:  Please bag all garbage and place in the dumpsters by tent campsites #90 and the RV Bathrooms and/or provided garbage bins throughout the campground. Household waste only, please.

Bicycles/scooters/skate boards are not allowed in the arcade, splash pad, pool area or mini golf course.  Bicycle helmets are mandatory.

Smoking is not permitted in any building per California State Law.  A fine of up to $250.00 will be charged if anyone is found smoking in any building.  Smoking is also not allowed in the pool, splash pad, playground and mini golf areas. Please use proper outdoor receptacles.

Please respect the privacy of fellow guests, do not walk through occupied camp sites.

Campfire rings are for Tent and RV Sites only.  Please do not move any fire rings.  Please note that campfires may be restricted during the midsummer months when fire danger is high.  

Guests may not use their own electrical cooking devices within the common areas and buildings, sidewalk, bathrooms or on the campground grounds.  Guests may not leave their personal electronic devices charging unattended in the bathrooms, arcade, or any other building on campground property.

Pool & Recreation Area Rules

  • The Pool and Spray Park are closed in the Off-Season (November 1st - April 30th).
  • If the local weather is less that 70 degrees Farenheit, the pool and splash pad will not be opened due to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • All persons using the recreation areas do so at their own risk. Management is not responsible for accidents in and/or around the recreation areas.  Accidents do happen, but we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for malicious or blatant destruction of park property.
  • No Lifeguard on duty.  Anyone under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool and splash pad. 
  • Children are to be supervised at all times and the registered guest must assume responsibility for all actions of the children in their site.
  • Please keep our pool area clean.  Smoking is NOT permitted within the pool or splash pad areas. NO glass containers.
  • No Pets are allowed in the pool or inside the gated pool area, in or around the splash pad, the playground, the mini golf course or arcade. 
  • No loud radios or musical instruments in the pool area.  Management reserves the right to revoke recreation area and pool privileges to anyone at any time.
  • Management may find it necessary to close the pool and or spray park at any time.
  • Children under 18 years of age must have an adult with them to check-out any park equipment. Adults checking out equipment are required to leave a current and valid ID in the office which will be returned upon return of all the equipment that was checked-out.
  • Please return all billiards, miniature golf, ping pong and other equipment to its rightful place.  Any equipment not returned will be charged to your site at the cost of replacement. 

Electric Vehicles:  Charging of any Electric Vehicles (EV) or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) is NOT allowed and strictly prohibited.

Early Departure/Cancellation: If you depart early, cancel or fail to honor any reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund on your reservation.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Rules, Regulations and Fees that we may deem necessary.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  No refunds will be given to those who violate the Rules and Regulation of this campground, Gold Country Campground Resort.
