Cancellation Policy

Full refund minus $10 cancellation fee if reservation is canceled at least 14 days in advance. No refund on deposit if cancellation is made within 14 days of reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days or less notice during a specified holiday & special event weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween Weekends) will forfeit 100% of the reservation. Seasonal and monthly reservation deposits to hold spots will not be returned for any reason whatsoever if you decide not to come.

Daily Reservation Cancellation Fee = 1st Night's Rate

Cancellations not permitted on day of Check-in.
