Pull-Through Parking Instructions

  • Please pull into your site based on the arrows shown within the map: MAP
    • Only Sites: 3,5,8,12,14,20,28 - Please turn right at the main entrance stop signs to use the loop road.
    • All other RV's please proceed forward.
    • ODD Number sites use center field road entrance located by the volleyball court.
    • ALL other sites, please use main road going straight past the stop signs.
  • Pull forward past the electrical box until "Bumper to Box" is achieved by having your RV's Rear Bumper level\even with the Electrical Box on the Driver Side of the RV.
  • Ensure your RV is forward enough past the box to avoid being on your neighbors site behind you.
  • Backwards\Reverse parking is permitted as long as your equipment is on your site behind the site electrical box doing a "Hitch to Box".
  • Please contact us IF you have any questions, confusion, or concerns prior to pulling through a site. Our Pull-Thru sites are "Checker Board" style and if you park your equipment improperly, it can upset your neighbor as you may be in their space that is supposed to be behind your equipment.

General Campground Rules

All Campers must register before entering the campground. Maximum of 6 overnight campers allowed to be registered per site. RV/Tent Combo Sites allow up to 10 overnight campers to be registered.

  • 1 RV max permitted per RV site (Tents are not permitted on RV sites, only on RV/Tent Combo Sites)
  • 1 RV & 2 tents max permitted per RV/Tent Combo Site
  • 3 Tents max permitted per Tent Site

Visitors visiting campsites or the campground must purchase a visitor day pass.

One vehicle per site. A parking pass must be displayed in the windshield at all times. Additional parking is available to all registered guests and visitors located on the map.

All vehicles, RV's, golf carts, must have a valid\active insurance policy at all times while on property. Vehicles uninsured must be removed from the property.

Subleasing of campsite, RV site, cabin, prohibited.

Electric Vehicle Charging available @ $25 per day (30AMP & 50AMP).

Electric Vehicles are not allowed to be plugged into campsite electric pedestals for charging without prior approval at an additional fee mentioned prior.

Speed Limit is 5 MPH.

Damage to the camping sites, facilities, equipment, landscaping, or any park property will be assessed and charged to the registered camper.

"Flushable Wipes" are strictly prohibited from being used in our toilets. A minimum fee of $600 will be assessed to your account due to damage or facility operations being impacted from "flushable wipes" usage.

Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we will not give refunds due to the weather.

Electric Golf Carts Allowed (Gas carts must not operate past 11PM). Children are not allowed to operate golf carts or vehicles on property.

  • Park Etiquette

Please do not walk or drive on campsites other than your own

Ensure your equipment does not block any roads or pathways

Parking for extra vehicles is available, please do not park in empty sites as they may be reserved by a late arrival.

Place all trash in the dumpster located behind the main building. (See map) Leaving trash at your site, in bags by the road, or in the fire ring will incur a minimum $25 cleanup fee and may not be invited back to the park.

Do not take picnic tables or fire rings from other sites.

Please clean up after activities

  • Visitors

All Visitors must stop at our office to register and obtain a visitor's car pass.

Registered campers must notify the office of visitors during check-in. Visitors that exceed the campsites occupancy or unannounced will need to purchase a visitors pass per person.

Anyone who enters the property without registering is trespassing.

  • Check-In / Check-Out

Check In between 2PM and 10PM

Campsite Check out 12:00PM

Cabin/Cottage Check Out 11:00AM

  • Pets

Pets are limited 2 per site or 4 small pets per site.

All Pets must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them. Pet feces found on your site will incur a cleanup fee.

Owners who demonstrate lack of or no control over any domestic animal will be asked to remove the animal from the property.

Per Ohio Law, all pets must be registered at check-in, vaccination documentation must be on hand.

Never leave your pets unattended in the park. Do not allow your pets to annoy/bother other guests. This includes excessive barking.

Pets are not allowed in the buildings, shower house, pond, pool area, or tied to park property (IE; fence, picnic table, tree, pole, etc.…).

If your pets are disruptive you will be asked to find other accommodations.

  • Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are between 11PM and 8AM.

Rule of Thumb: Be mindful of your camping neighbors, if they can hear it, it's too loud.

All children 16 and under must remain on your site during quiet hours.

  • Children

All children must be supervised at all times.

Anyone under the age of 14 must have an adult inside the pool fence with them at all times.

Babies/Children are permitted in the pool with special swim diapers.

  • Pool

Anyone under the age of 14 must have an adult inside the pool fence with them at all times.
*Babies/Not potty trained children are not permitted in the pool without swim diapers.

No smoking inside the pool.

No glass containers allowed inside the pool area or pool.

Swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear, no street clothes.

No Diving – Read posted pool rules

  • Pond

Pond is off limits after dusk and before dawn.

All fishing is on a catch and release program.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult around the pond.

  • Fire Rings

Fire Rings should never be moved from their original location. Please contact us if you need to move a fire ring prior to moving it.

Only burn wood or charcoal. DO NOT burn trash (IE; Plastic, Glass, Aluminum - a $20 site Cleanup-Fee will be assessed)

Never leave fire unattended.

Trees are property of the park, cutting down trees is strictly prohibited. Firewood is available for purchase.

  • Campground Boundaries \ Farmland Trespassing

Please be aware of the campground boundaries. Never enter the neighbors property\farmland. Please be respectful of our neighbors property as damage to their crop by entering their property without formal permission will result in a fine up to $500 per person and is trespassing. Throwing trash, bottles etc... on the property will also result in a fine. Remember, this is their livelihood feeding America.

  • Grey & Black Water Dumping​​​​​​

Grey & Black water MUST be dumped in the designated dump station. Dumping gray or black water is illegal and you will be charged a sanitation cleanup fee of at least $200 and asked to leave.

  • Safety

No fireworks, firecrackers, poppers or smoke bombs of any kind are permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings or restrooms.

Be aware of your surroundings prior to and when moving vehicles and trailers. Look out for objects, pets, and children. Do a walk around your vehicle before departing. We want everyone happy and safe!

Report all safety concerns or issues to management immediately.

Inappropriate behavior such as but not limited to; fighting, vandalism, theft, vulgar language, illegal drug use, weapons, will not be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to refuse service and to evict anyone without refund. Behavior that is considered detrimental to the campground or fellow campers will not be tolerated.

USPS Mail: Personal mail is not permitted to be sent to our business address and will be returned to sender. You may not use our business address as residency.

Tent camping is not permitted on RV Sites. Please book an RV\Tent Combo or RV\Tent buddy site if you would like a tent adjacent to your RV site. RV\Tent Buddy Sites: 64\63

RV's exceeding sites maximum length: The online booking system is programmed for each sites allowable maximum length. Reservations with equipment that exceed the sites maximum allowable length upon arrival will not receive a refund.

Site Lock Option: Reservations not “Locked” are subject to site number change to accommodate other guest(s) reservations. You may call at anytime to add the site lock option to your reservation for a fee. Group reservations made online in separate transactions will need to e-mail us their group members reservation information of who is part of their group to prevent separations if the lock option is not made online.

Late Checkout Fees: 12PM-2PM = $10 | 2PM - 5PM = $25 | 5PM or later = Additional night @ daily rate will automatically be billed to your credit card on file.

Late Checkout is based on availability and is not guaranteed unless booking an additional night prior to making your reservation.

Payment Methods: All reservations must be made via credit card if stay is less than 1 week.

Site folio balance: Sites with a folio balance for campground services (ex; honey wagon), fees, store purchases, visitor passes etc... must be settled the day prior to checkout if paying cash. Any site balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You may check your balance anytime using the payment link provided within your reservation confirmation e-mail.

Discounts: All discounts are permitted on "Daily Reservations" only. Military discounts are permitted for Active military and Veterans. Validation of Military status\service is required. First responder discounts are permitted for active first responders. Validation of First Responder is required. Good Sam discounts are no longer accepted. Discounts must be applied during the reservation booking process.

No discounts for the 2024 Solar Eclipse Special Event.

Pool Passes: Season pool passes are intended to be used by the purchaser and designated individual(s) during point of purchase. Season pool passes are non-transferable.  Sharing or misuse of a pool pass will cause immediate removal from the property and the pass must be surrendered. Season Pool Pass holders must present the pass upon arrival. Pool hours are posted on our website and are based on lifeguard availability.  Pool passes are non-refundable including due to inclimate weather. Pool passes are non-replaceable. Guests who purchase a pool pass agree to our Terms of Service.

I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am renting accommodations, equipment and using the rest of the associated property RV Park and Campground.  The sole responsibility for my safety lies with me. Alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity.

I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18).  I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and property as a result of my visit to Gotta Getaway RV Park and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me.  Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge and visit Gotta Getaway RV Park and associated properties and engage in activities or events at Gotta Getaway RV Park at my own risk.

I will abide by the rules and accept the rental conditions:

I.         The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period.

II.       I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Gotta Getaway RV Park and its directors and officers, against all loss, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals of the said company or not.

III.     I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and further agree that Gotta Getaway RV Park and its board of directors, officers and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented.

IV.    I enter into agreement freely with Gotta Getaway RV Park at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and camping activities and assume any and all responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge.

V.      All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.

I, the undersigned owner of the pet(s) certifies that my pet(s) are currently and properly registered, licensed, and vaccinated according to the laws and regulations of my state and county of residency. I understand and agree to adhere to the following: Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times unless contained inside of my camper. My pet is not permitted to enter any buildings, pool area, or showerhouses, with exception to registered Service Animals. Pets are to be cleaned up after immediately. Pets are not permitted to be tied up outside and left unattended.

Equipment Storage: It is agreed and understood that it is the responsibility of the Lessee to assume the sole risk of loss for all physical damage to his, her, or their property stored, kept, or maintained on, in or around said premises against such risks including, but not limited to fire, lightening, smoke, perils of windstorm, hail, explosion, burglary, robbery, vandalism, theft, damage by freezing, extreme high temperatures, water, rodents, or insects, any acts of God or otherwise.  Lessor also shall not be liable for any such losses due in whole or in part to conditions, acts or omissions done or permitted by the Lessee, and Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee, his invitees, agents or employees for damage to any person or property caused by the above.

For the purpose of this Release of Liability, storage may be on site or in a storage area, all storage participants are entitled to move their own units to and from the dedicated site or storage area.

Lessee agrees to indemnify and release, discharge and forever hold harmless,  (DBA) Gotta Getaway RV Park from any such damage, loss, cost, or expenses and/or claims arising any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through any act or omission of Lessee.

Further, the undersigned hereby assumes all risk of loss or damage to such articles and acknowledges that storage of such items by Gotta Getaway RV Park is for the convenience and the benefit of the undersigned, and that this agreement is entered freely and voluntarily.
