Terms of Service

1.       Check In time is 3pm and Check Out time is 12pm. Late check ins/check outs can be arranged depending on availability.

2.       Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.

3.       Maximum of four guests per site, or a family of 2 adults and their children (17 and under).  Additional guests may be added for $5/person.

4.       Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am. Please be courteous of other campers.

5.       Visitors are welcome between 8am and 11pm. Visitors must use the designated visitor parking or main parking lot.

6.       Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Unrespectful or hostile guests will not be tolerated, and guests not following                campground rules will be evicted without refund.

7.       Pets must be on a leash, picked up after and not left unattended at campsites.

8.       Only firewood can be burned in firepits, no burning of construction wood/pallets or deadfall allowed. DO NOT put garbage in firepits.

9.       It is your responsibility to clean up garbage, cigarette butts, and pet waste at your assigned site – failure to do so may result in a clean up              fee of $10.

10.    One extra vehicle is allowed per site.  Additional parking is available in main lot.

11.    Garbage and recycling must be placed in designated bins.  DO NOT put garbage in the recycling bins.

I agree to the above terms and conditions. I am also aware and agree that using recreational facilities provided by Grand Valley Park involves inherent risks, including personal injury or death. I freely accept and assume all the risks, hazards, and dangers and the possibility of personal injury, death, or property damage associated with the use of the facilities/accommodations. I hereby agree and waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against Grand Valley Park and release them from any and all liability for any loss, damage expense or injury including death that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer resulting from any aspect of my use of the accommodations/facilities.
