Terms of Service
Check-Out time is at 11:00 am daily, while Check-In time is after 12:00 pm each day. All guests must stop by the office to check-in during office hours.
- Check-out time can be flexible. Please contact the office by 10:00 am to extend your stay.
- Late fees are as follows:
- $5.00 per hour after 11:00 a.m.
- $10.00 per day for weekly stays no grace period.
- $10.00 per day for monthly stays after 3 days grace period.
General Rules/Site Rules
Quiet time is 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Overly loud music is not permitted at any time.
The park speed limit is 5 MPH for guest safety. Please use extreme caution when reversing and turning around corners.
No wood burning of any kind. Propane fire pits and grills are welcome. They must be six inches above the ground and have spark arrest on top.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
Tents are not permitted outside of the tenting area. No stakes of any kind are permitted in the grass.
Clotheslines are not allowed. Laundry facilities are open 24/7.
Please note our bathrooms have posted signs and are NOT gender neutral. In case of improper bathroom use, we will ask you to depart our premises. **Bathroom code will and can be changed with no given notice, please come see us in the office to receieve our new restroom code**
RVs must be in good working condition and clean. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its condition.
No generator use allowed.
Be respectful of fellow guests and do not walk through RV sites.
Please do not stream videos or movies on our WiFi.
Dispose of cigarette butts in the trash and NOT on the ground or in flower pots throughout the park. No smoking in any buildings.
One RV and two vehicles are permitted per site. Parking on grass is strictly prohibited. Please see office for additional parking.
Please keep all personal property and valuables in your vehicles when possible and your yard clear of clutter.
No mats or rugs allowed on grass. Place any mats you wish to use on gravel.
Washing your RV on site is $15 for RV and Tow, $5 for tow only. There is no charge to fill a bucket to wash off the front of your rig. You must pay in the office before you wash. Paying after will cost double.
RV & vehicle repairs are not permitted unless pre-approved by management. There is no changing of any fluids allowed in the park.
Positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required.
No gray water, porta potties or black water dumping on the ground.
Because of sudden storms, please do not leave awnings out when you leave the park.
Damage to sites or trash left behind upon departure will result in at minimun $100 site fee for clean up and repairs.
Pet Policy
Customers staying 14 days or longer:
Will pay a pet deposit of $25.00 per pet, refund applicable upon departure pending staff inspection. Also require pet vaccination records for each pet.
All customers must follow all guidelines below:
Please keep your pets on a leash (6’ max. length) or in your RV at all times.
Do not leave pets unattended in the park.
Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. When they poop, you scoop. Only you can prevent a pet deposit.
Do not allow pets to walk in or relieve themselves in flower beds.
Pets are not allowed in bathroom/laundry facilities.
Please keep pets quiet, especially at night.
Aggressive or guard dogs are not allowed.
Site Lock Policy
Reservations guarantee a site type, not a site number. To guarantee a specific site number, please select the “Site Lock” function when booking, a $10 fee will apply.
Every effort will be made to make the desired site available to those utilizing the site lock feature. However, due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. mechanical or medical issues preventing a guest from vacating the site), there is a slight chance the site will be unavailable. If this is the case, every effort will be made to find a similar replacement site and the $10 site lock fee will be refunded.
