Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY E-MAIL OR ONLINE NO EXCEPTIONS grumpybearcampground@gmail.com.

All reservations cancelled within the alloted time frame will be charge a $10 cancellation fee.

Any RV reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation 15 days or less to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reserved site(s) and no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any Tipi reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation15 days or less to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reserved site(s) and no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any Cabin reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.  Any cancellation 30 days or less to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reservation and no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
