Refund Policy

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature, evictions or other conditions beyond our control.  All refunds are processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions. Refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on the card holders bank. There are no refunds if guest decides to leave early.  Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment, less a $10 processing fee. Any monies paid down are not refundable if you have less than 14 days before you are scheduled to arrive. All extended stay guests must give a 2-week notice of departure to have their remaining deposit amount refunded back to them.  If you are planning a stay of one month or longer, you will pay a $300.00 security/electric/administrative deposit. If any part of your reservation is unpaid, you may also use the link above to pay toward your outstanding balance.
