Terms of Service

I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published on our rules and policies page, website, posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Hatfield Resort.

Check In / Check Out

Please check in at the C-store at W8215 County Rd J, Merrillan WI 54754. Check in is 3PM and entitles you to your site until 10 AM the day after check in. Early check in is not permitted. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make proper arrangements, we do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. If you will be checking in after hours please call the store at 715-333-6600 so we can make arrangements.

Parking

Each paid guest registration covers 2 vehicle per site, and 2 ATV spots per site. Space for trailer parking is available by your site or on the property. Please ask the store cashier if you have questions on where to park.

What to Bring

Bedding and towels are provided with each cabin. We do not provide cookware or kitchen utensils. Each cabin does come with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot (we do provide coffee filters and coffee). We do not provide daily maid service.

Pet Policies

We allow 2 pets maximum per reservation. The pet fee is $50/pet per stay. Please let us know BEFORE you check in if you will be bringing a pet. We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. Pets are not allowed in public buildings. Pets may not be left unattended. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.

Always clean up after your pet. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. If you are staying in one of our cabins, pets are not allowed on the furniture. For any incidents, that will be a $25.00 charge per occurrence.

Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

General Rules

Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
Total number of guests in any space or cabin cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
