Terms of Service

 

Guests be aware that your space and vehicles parked thereon may be subject to overspray of water from sprinklers from time to time.

No vehicle maintenance, oil change or repair work may be performed on any vehicle in the park, except for emergencies unless done by an approved local vendor for needed repairs.  Cleaning exterior of vehicles without spraying water is permitted at any time.

No smoking in buildings. Smoking is permitted at your site, or in in designated smoking areas.

If a guest violates a provision herein or a rental agreement pertaining to a space, management shall have the power to bring an action against a guest to recover sums due or for any other remedy available in the circumstances.

All sewer hoses must be on sewer support and must include a positive full seal connector.

No alterations to any utility connected provided by the park shall be made by any guest.

Car, RV washing is only allowed by authorized vendor (see registration office).

Garbage is to be placed in dumpster located at the front entance.

VEHICLES & PARKING

Speed limit is 5 MPH for all vehicles.

All vehicles, including golf carts, may only be driven by licensed and insured drivers.

In addition to the tow vehicle, RV guests may park one licensed motor vehicle and one golf cart on their space. RV guest's vehicles may be parked in designated visitor parking area. No parking is permitted in vacant RV sites or on the gravel. Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense if they are left in an undesignated parking area.  

Bikes/golf carts require headlights and reflectors if used at night.

CHILDREN

Adult guests are always responsible for the supervision of the activities and behavior of their children, grandchildren or guests irrespective of the child's age.

Skateboards, inline skates and scooters are prohibited.

Parents will be held responsible tor damage to any Resort property.

PET POLICY

All pets on property must be up to date with shot records. Copies of shot records may be requested upon check-in. Failure to conform will result in the pet being evicted from the property.

Only 2 pets are allowed per site, unless different arrangements have been made with management.

You are responsible for your pet at all times while on the property. Animals are only allowed in designated areas. When your animals are outside of your RV or on a walk, the animal must be on a 6' leash and under your control at all times. Retractable leashes are not to be extended past the 6' length. Animals may not be left unattended outside at any time.

Temparary Fencing is not permitted.

Please ensure that your animal defecates and/or urinates in the appropriate or designated areas. (i.e., not common areas or vacant sites). Always clean up after your pet in all areas at all times.

Aggressive, uncontrolled and barking pets are considered a nuisance, and will not be allowed to remain at the Resort.

Welcome to the Havasu Hills RV Resort. We hope you have a relaxed and enjoyable visit. We are pleased to serve you and wish you a pleasant stay. The park has set up the following guidelines for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Please read and familiarize yourself with them.

RENTAL GUEST CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-ln time between I:00 pm and 4:00 pm. If you cannot check in by 4:00 PM you must make arrangements for afterhours check in.

All guests must register at the RV Office

The maximum number of guests per site shall be limited to four (4).

CHECK-OUT TIME is 11 :00 am and is strictly enforced. Any guest not vacating their site by this time will be charged an additional day of rental.

Management reserves the right to ask any guest(s) to vacate the premises at any time if unwilling to follow Resort Rules and Regulations.

Wi-Fi will be available at the park. Information will be provided at check-in.

NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON

 

GENERAL

ONE RV PER LOT. Class A motor coaches, 10 years or newer, at least 34 feet in length. RV's, slide outs included, are to be contained within the concrete pad.            

NO built-on additions to RV are permitted. No freestanding awnings or patio covers are permitted.

QUIET TIME IS 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Please ensure all portable belongings are secured.

Trailers and tow dollies must be approved by management prior to arrival and stated in reservation.

No lethal weapons, fireworks, tents, outside lodging or clothes hanging, colored lights, wood fires (propane only), or silver foil in windows.

ONLY approved signs are allowed in the RV or on the lot.

NO free-standing antennas or aerials shall be placed on any space. Standard sized satellite dishes attached to RV's are permitted.

DO NOT back in past edge of concrete.

Please keep your space tidy. No storage or placement ofunsightly items on a space or under or around an RV are pemitted. Leave the lot clean, or you may incur cleanup or damage expense.

No offensive, illegal, noxious, unsafe or commercial practice may be engaged upon within the park or within any vehicle in the park.

Actions by any pelson of any nature that may be dangerous or may create a health or safety problem is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, any unusual disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity or rude, boisterous, objectionable or abusive language or conduct. No walking through sites, no electronic cigarettes. Smoking is only at your site or designated smoking areas and must not interfere with your neighbors.
