Terms of Service

1.     All equestrian RV guests must have current negative coggins available.

2.     Do not tie to trees without a tree saver.

3.     Remove all manure, hay and bedding before departure. There is a $50 charge per pen cleaning fee if all manure, hay and bedding is not removed.

4.     Please observe the 15 MPH speed limit at all times. Anyone operating a Motorized Vehicle on the property MUST have a valid driver’s license.

5.     Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. Rowdiness, loud music, abusive/vulgar language and possession or use of drugs is strictly prohibited.

6.     Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean.  Keep outside storage of items to a minimum.  No trash service available but easy access dumpsters 3 miles east on Hwy 63.

7.     Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times.

8.     All federal, state and local laws must always be obeyed.

9.     Heaven’s Gate RV and Retreat, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV Park Policies of good camping, for destroying, or defacing property and/or creating a disturbance.

10.   Heaven’s Gate RV and Retreat, LLC is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. Guests and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages.

The undersigned releases, indemnifies and saves harmless Heaven’s Gate RV and Retreat, LLC and its agents from all suits, actions or claims of any character, type or description brought or made for or on account of any injuries or damages received or sustained by any person or persons or property or acts of God. RV guests expressly assumes all risk of such loss or damage and must carrier their own insurance.
