Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Camping is a great outdoor experience, and the fun continues rain or shine, therefore we do not offer refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedule.  This includes no shows and early departures.  Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded in full less a $20.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the full reservation. 

No-Show Policy:

All guaranteed reservations will be held until 10:00 am on the morning following your scheduled arrival. After 10:00 am, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund given.
