Terms of Service

Welcome to Hickory Hollow Campground. In order to make your and your fellow camper's stay more enjoyable and safe, the following policies and guidelines apply:

• Check in is at 3pm, check out time is 12pm (noon).

• Please park and leave vehicles at your campsite during entire stay, except to go to or from outside of the park.
• No bicycles after dark. Bicycle helmets are suggested. PA law requires children 12 and under to wear helmets when riding.
• No motor bikes permitted in the campground area except to go from campsite to outside and back.
• Parents must accompany children under 12 to the playground.
• No skateboards, roller blades, scooters or roller skates are permitted.
• No moving of fire rings.  Horseshoes are permitted only in designated areas.
• No washing of RV's or other vehicles in the campground.
• Pets are welcome provided they are on a leash, under control, attended at all times, not disruptive to others and cleaned up after.
• Cutting / burning of trees and/or other vegetation is not permitted.
• Be considerate of other campers. Please do not walk or ride bicycles through other campsites.
• Obey posted speed limits.  Speed limit for all vehicles is 5.5 MPH in the park
• Quiet time is 11:00 PM. to 8:00 AM. Children under 18 must be at their campsites at this time unless escorted by an adult.  Excessively loud steros, radios, TV's or other devices are not permitted at any time.
• Absolutely no firearms or fireworks (includes July 4th) permitted in the campground.

The undersigned hereby waive, release and forever discharge Huston Farms, LLC doing business as Hickory Hollow Campground, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by our own or others’ negligence or conditions on the Campground or related to travel to and from the Campground. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. Huston Farms, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against Huston Farms, LLC for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of Huston Farms, LLC, its agents and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the Campground.  We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Huston Farms, LLC against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.
