Terms of Service

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at check-in with a minimum 50% deposit

paid on booking reservation. For monthly stays, one (1) month of rent is due

in full at check-in and then each following month is paid in advance. We

gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We require

that all reservations have a credit card on file.

 

Hidden Haven LLC may charge my monthly recurring balance, any remaining

balance, any damage charges, or other amounts owed under these Rules and

Regulations to any credit or debit card on file from my reservation or prior

payments. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late

charge permitted under state law.

 

The entire cancelation and refund policy is available on the website. By signing these terms and conditions, you agree and understand our full cancelation and refund policy. 

 

Identification

We require a copy of your driver's license or state

identification on file. If you sign the terms and conditions online, you may also upload a copy of a state ID to the additional forms. Please stop by the office at check-in to sign the

terms and conditions and provide identification. 

 

Check-In / Check Out

Check-in is at 2 PM EST and entitles you to your site/cabin/camper until noon the day of

check-out. All outstanding balances need to be paid prior to check-in. Early

check-in is not permitted. The guests who paid for the site/cabin/camper the night before

you have paid for their site/cabn/camper until noon. We will not ask a guest to leave so

that you can check in early. If you arrive in the area early, please make

arrangements until your site/cabin/camper opens at noon. We do not have a waiting area for

those checking in early. Check-out time is noon. You do not need to contact

the office for checking out unless you need to pay for after-hours charges.

 

Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please contact the park during camp store hours for

instructions.

 

Motorhomes, RVs, Travel Trailers

All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel trailers must be in good working order and

appearance. We reserve the right to refuse access to any quests whose vehicle

is deemed to be unacceptable.

 

Site Changes

You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with

the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.

Please inquire before moving sites.

 

Cabin Policies

Cabins will be inspected and cleaned at least biweekly for monthly stays and

upon request. Cabins include free TV channels and Amazon Prime; any charges

to your Amazon Prime account will be charged automatically to your account.

Damages to the cabin will be charged to your account, and you will be

responsible for all damages to the property.

 

Open Fires

Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or

designated fire rings. Each site has a designated fire pit.

 

Parking

Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat on an adjacent site. Use of

more than one site will result in additional charges.

 

Unless stated otherwise, only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are

allowed per site.

 

Storage

Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.

 

Site and Park Navigation

Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when

navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public

paths to walk around the campground.

 

Washing Vehicles

Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a

sponge. Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb

your neighbors.

 

Pet Policies

 

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per reservation. This includes RV sites, cabin, tent, and camper reservations. 

 

Leashes

We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times except in the dog park. This helps you,

your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. 

 

Cleaning Up After Your Pet

Be a good neighbor and always use the dog walk area and clean up after your

pet. Please do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our

other guests’ sites. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you

being asked to leave without a refund.

 

Leaving Pets Unattended

Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do

not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is

dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc.

can affect your pet's well-being while you are away.

 

Pets on Furniture

Pets are Not Allowed on furniture if you are staying in one of our cabins or

Campers. For any incidents, that will be a $25.00 charge per occurrence. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by pets.

 

Pet Vaccinations

Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in

our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.

 

Barking

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please

note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a

refund.

 

Vehicle Policies

 

Speed Limit

The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and

your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple

warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one

priority for our guests.

 

Parking

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site

unless noted. Please do not park on our grass. Ruts

caused in your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage

charges.

Trailers, Boats, and additional vehicles will cost additional fees for camping. A nightly registration covers 1 RV and 1 vehicle only. No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our garages or our bathroom

and laundry room doors. Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV Sites or

in tent areas.

 

Hidden Haven, LLC is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss,

or theft of any personal property or vehicles.

 

ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts

OHVs are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. ONLY to get to

and from your site.

 

General Park Policies

 

General Behavior

Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud music or objectionable

noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from

the park. Profanity or violence towards guests or staff will result in

immediate eviction from the park.

 

Guests who violated rules that resulted in eviction notices will not receive

any refunds for their stays.

 

Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must

stop in the office to register. Visitors may not bring pets. Hidden Haven, LLC reserves the right to limit

the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm

CST. Overnight visitors must depart by Noon CST. Please check with the office

before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring

their visitors are properly registered and following all campground rules. All

guests visiting someone in the park must register.

 

Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their

children, or their pets. Hidden Haven, LLC is not responsible for personal

injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicles.

 

Electrical Use

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you use in our RV. Amp

usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of

your amp usage so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. Please

notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any

electrical issues during your stay. Guests cannot diagnose our electrical

pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to

help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our

pedestals unless hired to do so.

 

Quiet Time Policies

Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only

once and then asked to leave without a refund.

 

Trash Disposal and Recycling

A dumpster is available on the south side of the park. Please tie trash bags

completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container.

Please do not place your trash on the ground. Woodland creatures like possums

and raccoons are attracted to left out or disposed of food and while we think

they are cute and wonderful animals; we don’t want you to find a surprise

night visiting raccoons at your site because of incorrectly disposed of

trash! Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic

waste or chemicals in our dumpster. Failure to adhere to this rule may result

in charges for disposal fees.

 

Wildlife Habitat

Hidden Haven, LLC is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are coyotes,

birds of prey, and reptiles. All guests should ensure pets and small children

are supervised at all times.

 

Children

An adult must supervise children under 18 at all times. Riding bicycles

without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety

of your children and our incoming guests.

 

Drones

Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or

RVs. There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your

enjoyment.

 

Clotheslines

Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

 

Fireworks and Firearms

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. Fireworks

prohibition includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The

prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet

guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave

immediately without a refund.

 

Repairs

Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. However, we are

happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your

site to assist you with any repairs.

 

Safety and Emergencies

Suppose you observe any activity you believe to be of concern. Text (931)

229-0899, 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed) If you need to call 911

for any reason, and time allows, please get in touch with the office so the maintenance

staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

 

We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

 

Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether

digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions

contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures.

Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated

hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in

“portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means

intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a

document will have the same effect as the physical delivery of the paper

document bearing an original or electronic signature.
