HideAway Lakes does not issue refunds but offers alternatives for managing reservations and addressing concerns.

 

Weather Policy:

  • We do not provide refunds for weather-related issues but offer weather insurance for booking protection.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations:

  • Guests can modify or cancel reservations via their confirmation email up to 3 days before arrival.

Camp Credits:

  • Cancellations within the designated period may result in camp credits with a nominal rescheduling fee. Camp Credits may not be redeemed during Holiday Weekends or Special Events. To utilize your camp credit, please contact us at 915-247-6695 when you are ready to book your next camping adventure.

Non-Transferable Fees:

  • Certain fees, including booking, lock-site, and processing fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Chargeback Policy:

In the event of a dispute (chargeback), we ask that you contact us immediately. We encourage open communication to resolve discrepancies promptly. Guests agree to contact HideAway Lakes via email within 3 days of the disputed transaction date for eligibility. Guests should provide detailed information for prompt resolution. HideAway Lakes intends to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
