Cancellation Policy

The ONLINE reservation fee of $5.00 is ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE.  SITE LOCK FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.  Cancellations must be made prior to 14 days or more of scheduled arrival date or a 1 night fee applies UNLESS the reservation is for one of our 3 or 4 NIGHT HOLIDAY PREPAID RESERVATIONS

3 or 4 NIGHT HOLIDAY PREPAID RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to ALL CANCELLATIONS. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO 14 DAYS OR MORE OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE OR THE 3 OR 4 NIGHT PREPAID RESERVATION FEE APPLIES.  If we are able to re-rent that campsite we will refund the balance minus the first night's rent and the non-refundable online reservation fee if reserved online.
