Terms of Service

HNRV wants our guest to have a quiet and relaxing stay. We have these rules in place to help keep you safe and others around you. Let us know if there’s anything that needs our attention. Contact Brian McLeod for check in at (850) 525-1564.

  • Payment of your rented space is due at check in, unless you had other arrangements made with us. Check in is at 1pm and check out at 11am. If your plans change and you would like to stay longer, the earlier you let us know the better chance of being able to stay at your same site.  Monthly payments will automatically be deducted on the 1st of the Month from the credit card on file.  Any balance due will be processed upon departure.
  • Quiet time at the park is from 9pm to 7am.
  • No refunds given for early departures.
  • Wi-Fi is for personal\recreational use only and not for business. Wi-Fi data usage is monitored, and excessive use will result in being blocked from the RV parks Wi-Fi. We encourage you not to do any personal transactions, like banking, for your security.  HNRV wifi code: HNRVPARK
  • A sewer hose seal, (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. All RVs must be totally self-contained. Anything that can leave or cause dead spots in the grass, like mats or rugs, are prohibited. 
  • Park only in the space designated to that site number. Only one vehicle per site.   Additional vehicles must be stored in overflow lot.   If you need additional parking, please contact Brian to apply additional parking fees.  It is important to respect your fellow RVers property, use common sense and courtesy.
  • The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Please be aware of people and their pets that are sharing the road.
  • Children must be always under adult supervision. Parents are responsible for their children’s safe conduct. You are responsible for any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. You may be asked to leave if your children cause disruption within the park. Please know under Florida law anyone under 16 must wear a helmet while riding a bike.
  • NO LITTERING.  Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground and dispose of them in trashcans/dumpster. Don’t leave trash out overnight.  We have black bears in the area that will be attracted to it.
  • Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash under control of its owner. No tethering. Aggressive, noisy, and dangerous animals are not allowed to be or remain in the park. Pet owners are responsible for clean up and picking up droppings after you animals. You are liable for any damage done by your pet towards a person, animal, or property. (Florida Statue 267.01) Failure to abide by the policy will result in the owner’s rental agreement being terminated with no refunds issued. ALL pets must have current vaccinations.
  • We do not allow tent camping, open wood fires, or clothes lines. Charcoal and propane grills are allowed. Please place the cold charcoal bricks in a bag and dispose of hem in the dumpster and not the ground. NO BURNING CHARCOAL IN DUMPSTER.
  • Excessive or nuisance noise, public drunkenness, illegal drug use, nudity, offensive language, fireworks are not permitted and will result in ejection. No person within the grounds should jeopardize the health and safety of themselves or others. Any abandon property will be disposed of after 30 days.
  • Monthly rates include power, water, sewer, taxes, and wifi.  Taxes convert to reservation fee after 6 months.  Monthly rates are designed not to fluctaute.   
  • In the event of a hurricane or other natural disaster directed towards the Navarre area, all visitors must leave the park. Please plan accordingly to evacuate. The Holley Navarre RV Park will not be held responsible for any property or persons who do not evacuate. We hold the right to close the RV park and reopen at a safe time. No refunds will be given to any persons due to natural disasters. The Holley Navarre RV park is not liable for Acts of God or negligence of others.
  • No known sexual predators will be allowed to reside or visit the park.
  • Use of water for non-portable services, such as washing vehicles must be approved by management and a surcharge may apply.
  • Northwest Florida has the following: insects, scorpions, black widows and brown spiders. We have had sightings of venomous snakes and nocturnal wildlife.
  • As a registered guest, you take full responsibility for all in your party/visitors. You agree to read and comply with all camping rules and regulations as printed and posted in the office and/or on the grounds. The Holley Navarre RV Park is not and will not be responsible for damage to customers or their property.
  • Violations of rules may result in immediate eviction without warning or refund. All Tenants/renters are considered transient campers/renters/guest and not permanent residents.
  • Any substantial property damage caused by your or your party will result in an $500 damage fee and will be withdrawn from the account on file.
  • All personal property including travel trailers, RV’s, motorhomes, and motor vehicles are deemed abandoned if left and remain on site for 3 days after departure date.
  • This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at Holley Navarre RV Park, its owners, employees, and/or affiliates will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, loss of money, or valuables of any kind to our guest or their visitors.
  • No utility trailers allowed in/at sites.

  • Cancellations berfore 14 days prior to reservation will receive half (1/2) of the original deposit back.  After 14 days prior to reservation no refunds are given.  No refunds given for early departures. 

  • All cancellations have a $75.00 processing fee.
