HORNSBY HOLLOW CAMPGROUND - RULES AND REGULATIONS

COVID 19 - Please refer to https://covid19.tn.gov/ for current COVID 19 state guidelines.     I agree to notify Hornsby Hollow Campground if I am currently sick or have a fever or become sick or become feverish now or during the time I and all those camping or visiting me are at Hornsby Hollow Campground.  I agree to follow CDC guidelines maintaining 6 feet of distance between people, restricting social interaction, restricting vistors and washing hands frequently.

On behalf of my party, I release and forever discharge Klinker Management LLC,  Hornsby Hollow Campground, its owners, staff, management, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability or claims for any injury, illness, death or loss of or damage to property which I, or any person camping with me or visiting me, may suffer.  I agree to the Rules And Regulations at Hornsby Hollow Campground.

A camping fee shall be charged for each camping unit (tents, RV’s, motor homes, pop-ups, pickups, vans, etc.)

Camping is permitted at designated (numbered) sites only.  No more than one camping unit and a maximum of 10 people, including visitors, are allowed per campsite.  There is exception in that we allow ONE additional tent on a camp site, for an additional fee, as long the maximum number of 10 on site is not exceeded. 

A maximum of three vehicles (boat trailers, automobiles, motorcycles, etc.) may park at each campsite.  Parked vehicles must not hinder traffic flow or cause safety hazards or site damage.

The speed limit is 10 mph !  Please follow the correct traffic direction as noted on the map and directional signs.

Checkout time is no later than 1:00 p.m. or you will be charged an additional night of camping.

Unattended camping vehicles and equipment may not be left overnight unless fees are paid for all nights the site will be unattended.  Rented campsites must have a camping unit (boat trailer, car, screen canopies) present to show site is taken.  Hornsby Hollow Campground is not responsible for loss or damage of equipment or personal property.  Vehicles and equipment must be completely removed from site upon departure of camper.

Visitors to registered campers are permitted between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., or the basic camping unit fee is charged.  Visitors should be in the company of or at the campsite of the party visited.

Do not put garbage of any kind in fire ring.  This includes bottles and cans. Place all garbage and refuse in dumpsters.

Fires shall be confined to fire rings.  Do not move the fire ring.  Campfires on lake banks or grass are PROHIBITED.

Do not leave garbage of any kind in your campsite.  This includes cigarette butts.  An additional fee may be charged for this type of site clean-up.

Hang lanterns on lantern hangers or place on table.  Hanging lanterns on trees is prohibited.  The heat from the lantern will eventually kill the tree.

Do not cut, damage, pull up, or drive nails into trees and shrubs.  Remove clothes lines prior to departure.

Respect our “camper” neighbors – observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.    Gates are locked at 10 p.m.   A $25 fee may be charge to open gates during quiet hours.

No bicycle riding AFTER DARK. Helmet Required.

FIREARMS, FIREWORKS, AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED.

The operation or use of any noise-producing device in such a manner as to unreasonably disturb, annoy, or endanger persons is prohibited.

Recreational use of motorized vehicles within recreation area is prohibited.  NO motorized vehicles are allowed off the roadway.  Motorized vehicles such as golf carts, ATV’s and dirt bikes are NOT allowed inside the park boundary.

All pets must be kept on a leash (not to exceed 6 feet) and are prohibited inside bathrooms and beach facilities.

CLEAN UP AFTER ALL PETS.

REPORT ALL DISTURBANCES TO RESIDENT MANAGER.
