Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING POLICY
Reservations can be made through our website (www.hotspringsoffroadpark.com then click BOOK YOUR STAY) or by calling the Park Store at (501) 625-3600. Reservations cannot exceed 12 days in length and must be made more than eight hours prior to stay (before 4:00 PM CT) and no more than 355 days in advance. We always encourage prior reservations, however walk-ups will be accepted on a case by case basis if before it's 4pm, and if we have occupancy. Walk-up reservations are not guaranteed.
Payment is due in full at the time the reservation is made and signifies that you agree to these Park Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our Park Store at (501) 625-3600 before the deadline listed below. Emails, texts, or messages of cancellations are not acceptable.
The policy is in place regardless of weather, natural disaster, facility shut down by federal/state/local agency, and other uncontrollable/unforeseeable situations such as but not limited to: COVID 19, virus/communicable disease, disruptions in the public water supply, as well as your change of plans.
This Policy may change at any time without notice.
CANCELLATIONS, USER CREDIT, & REFUNDS:
- MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION:
- Lodging, RV Site, and Tent Site cancellations more than 30 days prior to the scheduled stay can be refunded back to the card on file minus a 10% Cancellation Fee.
- If you prefer, a full credit is available in the form of "Campspot User Credit" which can be used at a later date. Campspot User Credit will be held no longer than 400 days from the cancellation date. This "User Credit" may be used on Camping Reservations and Park Store Merchandise, however, it cannot be used for Trail Passes or Memberships. Once you know the date of your next reservation, please call our Park Store at (501) 625-3600 to request to apply the User Credit.
- 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION:
- No refunds will be provided if the cancellation is 30 days or less prior to the scheduled stay for Lodging, RV Sites, or Tent Sites.
- If you prefer, a 90% credit is available in the form of "Campspot User Credit" which can be used at a later date. A 10% rebooking fee will be applied if you choose this credit option. Campspot User Credit will be held no longer than 400 days from the cancellation date. This "user credit" may be used on Camping Reservations and Park Store Merchandise, however, it cannot be used for Trail Passes or Memberships. Once you know the date of your next reservation, please call our Park Store at (501) 625-3600 to request to apply the User Credit.
- 3 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION:
No refunds, Rebooking, or User Credit will be provided if the cancellation is 3 days or less prior to the scheduled stay for Lodging, RV Sites, or Tent Sites.
