Terms of Service

  1. Campers must park in their assigned spots if you are not in your assigned spot you may be asked to move.
  2. Parking permits and electric box tags will be issued and attached to your electric box prior to your arrival. Please place the parking pass in your vehicles windshield and clip the electric box tag to the electrical post so that it is clearly visible to security.
  3. Showers/restrooms are on site 3 to access the showers use code 1936.
  4. Tent campers shall set up in the designated primitive camping area.
  5. Flying is only permitted from designated runways. NO flying from parking lots and/or camping areas.
  6. Motorbikes, automobiles and off road vehicles are prohibited from operating on improved grass flying areas, paved runway and Control Line circles UNLESS the operator is retrieving a model aircraft and an alternative route is not readily available. JOY RIDING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Motor vehicles must also have operational front and rear tail lights if being driven after dark.
  7. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet waste.
  8. If there is an accident on-site, during normal business hours, please notify AMA HQ at (765) 287-1256 if after regular business hours or on the weekend please contact (937)763-3264.
  9. The AMA Safety Code is in effect at ALL TIMES.
  10. Participants in any model operation shall not consume alcoholic beverages prior to or during activities.
  11. AMA members and their guests may use the pond for catch and release fishing.
  12. Visitor and campers shall observe a 10pm “quiet time”.  After-hour activities are allowed as long as it does not disrupt other site activities or cause harm or damage to the facility or surrounding property.
  13.   14. After unloading your aircraft please move your vehicle to the nearest designated parking lot.
  15. Flying is only permitted from designated runways. No flying from parking lots and/or camping areas. We also strongly recommended that YOU DO NOT FLY ALONE.
  16. Engine sound levels are limited to 98 dB at 9 feet. Periodic checks may be made. Sound level and operation waiver may be applied for in advance at AMA headquarters.
  17. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet waste.
  18. Failure to obey rules may result in loss of flying privileges.
