Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to arrival date is subject to a $25 cancellation fee with the remaining balance refunded back to the guest. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee that is equal to one nights stay, with any remaining balance refunded back to the guest. As the weather is unpredictable, we do not issue refunds due to weather, unless there is a mandatory evacuation as per the state of Georgia. Reservations can be changed one time without penalty. Any additional changes will incur a $10 transfer fee.
