Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival.

• Cancellations made at least 14 days or greater in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for the payment minus a $20 cancellation fee. 

• Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. 

This cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.
