Terms of Service

In consideration for myself, and all persons entering under MY SUPERVISION being permitted to camp and participate in the activities at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Chautauqua County, NY I and all persons listed below, agree to the following Waiver and Release:

  • I accept camping privileges with the understanding that I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE, IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Hidden Valley Camping Inc dba Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort Chautauqua County, NY  ("Campground"), its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
  • I hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, Hidden Valley Camping, Inc., its officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities:  CAMPFIRES, HIKING, FISHING, SWIMMING, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, WAGON RIDES, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, SHOWERS, SPEED BUMPS, JUMP PAD, BICYCLE OR MOTORCYCLE USE, GOLF CARTS, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE.  I acknowledge that camping has many hazards and that there are risks that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment.
  • My signature below confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Chautauqua County, NY . I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies. A copy of which, is given to me at check-in.
  • I hereby consent to photographs and videos taken of me and all parties, including minor children, listed below during our stay at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Chautauqua County, NY .  I understand that they may be used by the Campground for purposes of event documentation and promotion of Hidden Valley,.  Names will not be published.
  • I acknowledge that I am carrying rabies certificates for any pets in my party.  I agree to keep all pets on a leash at all times, and immediately clean up after them.
  • I understand that there are NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN for any reason. If you don’t know how long you will stay, please pay for only the dates you know you can stay for.
  • By providing my credit card info, I agree that my credit card may be used to pay for the balance of the reservation that will be charged 30 days in advance, and any outstanding charges on this reservation upon departure, including additional camping fees, incidentals, and/or damage caused by my party.
  • I have reviewed and read the swimming pool policies mandated by NYS and the Chautauqua County Health Department.  The swimming pool policies are given at check-in and are also posted at the pool.

If you are bringing a golf cart, the following is also agreed to:

1.       Golf cart may not be used in the park until insurance is provided:

  • Proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $50,000 Or, and “off premises” auto insurance policy for your golf cart. 
  • Electric golf carts will only be permitted.  No gas powered golf carts allowed.
  • Golf Cart Registration Fee of $5 daily will be added to your reservation and charged to card on file if not paid at check-in, maximum of $50 per reservation.

2.      All operators of a golf cart must have in his/her possession a valid driver’s license.  It is the golf cart owner’s responsibility to ensure that anyone without a valid driver’s license does not operate your golf cart.

3.      Golf carts need to have working fixed headlight(s) and reflectors in order to drive after dark.

4.      Do not leave keys in golf cart.  Do not leave golf cart in gear unattended.

5.      Passengers are limited to the number of seats on the cart .

6.      Do not allow any passengers to stand while golf cart is moving.

7.      Golf carts are to be operated in a safe and responsible manner at all times.  Please stay on the common roads at all times and abide by the speed limit of 6-3/8 mph.  Golf carts shall not be driven across the grass.

8.      All golf carts must be maintained in good working order.  Management reserves the right to refuse registration to carts that are deemed unsafe.

9.      Charging of golf carts is limited to your site only.

10.   We do not allow the use of ATV’s, UTV’s or dirt bikes in the park.

11.  Failure to abide by any of the foregoing operational rules shall be penalized as follows:

  • 1st Violation- Warning
  • 2nd Violation -Revocation of permit and privilege to operate golf cart at the park.
  • Please note that violations will be assessed by each individual golf cart, not by the person driving it.

12.  In addition, you hereby release, indemnify and hold Hidden Valley Camping Inc, its officers, and employees harmless from any action resulting from the use of the registered golf cart.
