Terms of Service

FOR A MORE ENJOYABLE STAY PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS AND OBSERVE THE PARK RULES.

1.       Registration: Campers & Visitors MUST register upon arrival and pay appropriate fees. Unregistered guests at your site will be asked to register or leave. All your guests are your responsibility.   

2.       Refunds: Cancellations made 10 days prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee, or a raincheck for the full amount. Cancellations within 10 days of your check-in date are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS DUE TO DISCOMFORT OF NATURE, ILLNESS, HOSPITAL EMERGENCIES, WORK SCHEDULES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

3.       Vehicle Limitation: No more than two cars per site. Cars must be parked in driveway area of your campsite, not on the side the side of the road. Extra vehicle parking available. Vehicles must have a car pass at campsite and/or extra parking. Towing will occur to any vehicles that do not have a car pass. Vehicle owners will be responsible for all towing charges.

4.       Pets: All pets are to be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Loud, unnecessary barking will not be tolerated. Pets are not to be left alone for long extended periods of time. There is a $30 fee for pets in rentals per stay. NO pets allowed in the Dream Lodge or Hodge Podge Lodge cabins.

5.       Speed Limit: Please drive slowly and carefully. Speed limit is 5 mph. Minibikes, ATV’s, etc are not to be operated in the campground. Any vehicle going over the speed limit will be asked to slow down.

6.       Small children: They must be accompanied by an adult in the restroom, at the playground and swimming pool areas.

7.       Noise Control: No unnecessary noise before 8:00 AM or after 11 PM. If there is unnecessary noise during quiet times, please contact: (570) 662-2923

  1. Campfires: All Fires must be in fire rings ONLY. Never leave fires unattended.
  2. TrashPlease place trash bags out at the end of your site before 7pm for trash pickup. DO NOT put trash in fire rings. Leave site clean for the next campers.
  3. Firearms: NO FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS permitted in the campground.
  4. Electric: There is no charge for air conditioners and electric heaters. Air conditioners and electric heaters are permitted on a limited basis.  If at any time an a/c unit or electric heaters repeatedly trips breakers, you will be asked to stop using them. Management reserves the right to lock your electric usage if customer refuses to stop using a/c or electric heater usage after management has requested you to stop usage.
  5. Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic Beverages are permitted at sites ONLY. NO ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES will be permitted off site. Excessive and underage drinking will not be tolerated.
  6. Check-out Time: 11 AM. 
  7. Firewood Available: Sold in bundles in the store for $7 each
  8. Bikes & Golf Carts: Observe the speed limit. Bikers should wear helmets – no riding after dark. Personal golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers, 16 and over with a current, valid driver’s license – use lights at night. A copy of golf cart insurance must be provided to the office in order to operate a golf cart.
  9. Rental golf carts: may only be operated by licensed drivers, 18 and over with a current, valid driver’s license – use lights at night. A copy of all golf cart operators drivers licenses must be provided to the office in order to operate a golf cart.
  10. Laundry: Located in the Main Office building, on the side of the restrooms. Always open.

17.    Personal Property: Jellystone Camping Resort is not liable to the Guest for any loss, injury or damage, however caused, to any property or person on premises. The camper him/herself is liable for any damage he/she might inflict on anyone or any property at Jellystone Camping Resort.  We strongly recommend you carry insurance on your unit.

  2. Pool Rules; SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO GLASS IN POOL AREA. NO RUNNING. NO HORSEPLAY. NO RUNNING. NO DIVING. KIDS 16 & UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. BATHE BEFORE ENTERING POOL.

Hover Board Policy:

1)      Hoverboards are not permitted on park roads from noon on Fridays to noon on Sundays – riding on your site or in grass is not restricted.

2)      Hover boards must be equipped with a minimum 5’ flag and helmets must be worn.

3)      Helmets must be worn when operating bicycles as well.

4)     DO NOT RIDE Hover Boards or Bikes AFTER DARK
