Cancellation Policy

Discounts and sale prices are considered non-refundable. However, Jerniman's will move your reservation to a better time of your choosing, pending availability.
Non-sale/discount purchases will be eligible for refund if cancelled 30 days prior to stay with a 5% cancellation fee. If cancelled within the 30 days, Jerniman's will credit you those nights to be used at another time unless you cancel within 3 days prior to stay in which you will not receive a refund.
