AGE REQUIREMENT
//Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a RV or Tent site.
RATES + PAYMENTS
//Rates are subject to change without notice.
// Full payment is required at time of booking and is payable by credit card.
//By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
CANCELLATIONS + REFUND POLICY
//Cancellations made:
-Outside of the three (3) days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of $25.
-Inside three (3) days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s say.
-Day of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
//Refunds are not provided for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather or extreme heat, and other acts of nature.
RESERVATIONS
// RV Regulations: RV’s must be registered, 15 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval.
// Occupancy: All RV and Tent rates include four (4) people per site. Each additional person aged 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person, per day. Site occupancy maximum: 6
//Sites: No more than one RV, or one Tent, is allowed per site. We do not allow outside furniture, unattended umbrellas, clotheslines, or outdoor pools of any size at any of our sites, day or evening.
// Site Request: Site specific reservations are available by accepting the Site Lock Fee when booking. While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location.Opting for a Site Lock will lock in a desired site location within the park.
PETS
// Non-aggressive, well-behaved pets are welcome. Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not permitted
// There is a maximum of three (3) well-behaved dogs allowed.
// Pet kennels, pens, fencing, corrals, or crates are not permitted.
// Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times while within the park.
// Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
PARKING
// Parking: All sites allow for one (1) passenger vehicle. Each additional passenger vehicle is subject to an additional fee of $5 per vehicle, per day.
// Boats/Trailers: Please contact the park directly at time of reservation if you would like to bring a boat or other large vehicle. Large vehicles are only accepted on a space available basis and will be placed in an overflow parking area subject to an additional fee of $10 per large vehicle, per day.
DAMAGES + FEES
// If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
POLICIES + GUIDELINES
// Upon arrival you will receive a welcome map outlining all park policies. Please be familiar with these once on property and reach out to our team with any questions.
THE FINE PRINT
//By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all park policies stated herein and provided once on property. Please feel free to contact our office for a full list of our park rules & regulations.
// By accepting these Term of Service you acknowledge and understand that all park rules apply to all members andvisitors of your party. Furthermore, you and members of your party agree to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates for any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur from use or occupation of the property.
// For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, you will be asked to depart, and without refund, if park policy and guidelines are not adhered to.
// Joshua Tree RV and Campground is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
//There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation
