Terms of Service


This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privilges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release this Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of the use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.  

CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 noon. 

Office Hours - 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday - Thursday. Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm.

 Speeding – Speed limit of 5 MPH is strictly enforced for the safety of our visitors.

Visitors -All visitors MUST check in at the office. You are responsible for their behavior and are to follow all park rules.

At Your Campsite-Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly.  All Trash should be bagged and brought to the dumpster. All sewer lines must be free from leaks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your sites. Generators are only to be used during emergencies. Vehicle maintenance and oil changes are not allowed, but minor fixes may be. We do have jumper cables if needed.

Fire Pits-Please use only the fire pits and DO NOT move fire pits.  Propane portable pits should be used on top of existing fire pits to avoid damaging the grass. Any garbage such as glass and cans are not allowed in the fire pits as this is dangerous to our staff to clean. A $20 fee will be charged if violated. Moving fire pits, or burning grass, will result in $25 restoration fee.

Children -Please supervise your children. We encourage a happy, fun place for them to play. This includes watching your children in the rest rooms, community buildings or play areas.

Garbage -Please place all garbage in the dumpsters provided for you. Place any overflow into the cans provided. No placement of furniture, vehicle parts, or hazardous materials allowed in the dumpsters.  DO NOT block dumpsters with trash or vehicles.

Pets - Pets must be on a leash at all times for the safety of your pet and the other campers. Pets are not allowed in the rest rooms, showers, community buildings or play areas. Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it properly. Pets should be under your control at all times. For the safety of your pets and the visitors, do not leave pets unattended.

Illegal Drugs and Excessive Alcohol Use - Illegal use of Drugs and Excessive Alcohol use will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the park.

Firearms - Please keep any firearms locked in a safe place within your camper. Firearms are not allowed to be used or displayed while in the park. Fireworks are not to be used in the park.

Park amenities - Please do not tamper with the amenities of the park, (power, water, sewer fixtures, etc.).

Be Considerate – Noises should not be heard past your site, this includes loud music, yelling, excessive dog barking. Profane, abusive, or threatening language, or actions directed at Park personnel or another guest are prohibited.

Quiet hours - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please respect the quiet times for the others enjoyment.

Community Buildings and Laundry Room

Please be respectful to other campers who will use these facilities and pick up after yourself. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in these areas.

Refunds - We do not refund for inclimate weather. All other refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Other guests - Respect the privacy of our other guests.  Permanent, and/or month to month, guests are not allowed to distract from the privacy of the short-term visitors of the park.

Lost and Found- We will do our best to match up all lost and found Items to their owners. We only hold items for 30 days.

Failure to Follow the Rules – We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There will be no refunds.
