Cancellation Policy
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is canceled or changed.
- Wagon, Daily and Weekly Bookings
Cancellations outside of 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee for daily and weekly reservations. Cancellations within 72 hours (3 Days) or less of your arrival date will result in a fee equal to a 1-night stay, based on the rates at the time of cancellation. - Extended Stays
- All monthly sites within this timeframe require a $200 site deposit at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations outside of 90 days or more prior to the arrival date will result in the forfeiting of the entire deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiting of the entire $200 deposit plus an additional $50 cancellation fee.
