Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. 

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date will receive NO refund. 

Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. 

Shortening your stay: The same policy applies as the regular cancellation policy. For example, if you shorten your stay by a day within 14 days of your arrival you will forfeit the money paid for that night. If you shorten your stay by a day 15-30 days prior to your arrival you will receive a 50% refund of the money paid for that night. If you shorten your stay more than 30 days prior to your arrival you will receive a full refund for the days shortened.
