Terms of Service

  • Prepayment of the entire balance is required at the time of booking.
  • Occupancy Rules:

    • RV Sites: Maximum 4 adults per campsite. Maximum 6 people per campsite.

      • 4 adults + 2 kids = Okay!
        2 adults + 4 kids = Okay!
        2 adults + 5 kids = Book 2 Sites!
        5 adults = Book 2 Sites!

    • RV Rentals have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 4 children 16 years old or younger or up to 4 Adults (no Children). No pets.

    • Trappers tents have a maximum occupancy 5 people. *Please note beds are only provided for 2 or 4 people depending on the tent booked. No pets.

  • Quiet time is strictly from 11:00pm to 8:00am. No music after 11:00pm and children need to return to their sites by 11:00pm. Daytime music needs to be low volume and contained to your own site, please be mindful of your neighbors! No Karaoke anytime or any place. Between these hours each individual campsite must follow the occupancy rules above i.e. no gatherings of more than 4 adults and 2 kids per site between these hours.

  • Long weekends and Julyfest weekend require 3 night bookings

  • Bookings of 2 nights or less are not guaranteed the site number they booked only the amenities and a site that fits their trailer.

  • Check out time 11:00am. Unauthorized late check outs will result in a 'late fee' of 1 night accommodation plus tax.

  • Check in time is 2:00pm for regular RV sites, 3:00pm for rental RV's and trappers tents. If you have a booking that is fully paid you may proceed straight to your site upon arrival.

  • Shortening your stay: The same policy applies as the regular cancellation policy. For example, if you shorten your stay by a day within 14 days of your arrival you will forfeit the money paid for that night. If you shorten your stay by a day 15-30 days prior to your arrival you will receive a 50% refund of the money paid for that night.

  • Cancellations will only be accepted via info@kimberleycampground.com. If you do not have an email confirmation of your cancellation the booking stands.

  • We do not give credit or refunds due to inclement weather. Kimberley fun continues rain, smoke or shine! We do offer free cancellations due to fire evacuations.

  • Children under the age of 12 need to be under adult supervision at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s whereabouts and respectful behavior during their stay. This includes ensuring they are not excessively noisy, cutting through others campsites, playing in the washroom facilities or engaging in activities that cause destruction to the property, facilities, fellow campers or the wilderness & animals.
     
  • The reservation holder is responsible for the behaviour of all occupants to the site and/or any guests or visitors.
     
  • Any damages to the site is the responsibility of the reservation holder and will be subject to charges according to the damage.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times at the campground. Please pick up their poop and never leave them unattended on your site or in the campground. If they bark excessively, please keep them in your RV to avoid disturbing fellow campers. No pets allowed in trappers tents or rental RV's.

  • Food cannot be left out on your campsite when you are away from it and/or overnight. It attracts bears and will result in a $250 fine from conservation officers if deemed an attractant.

  • All possessions must be contained to the gravel pad of your site (this includes vehiles, trailers, tents, satellite dishes, bikes etc.). Additional parking is available at the office or the Pine Meadows guest parking if needed.

  • Visitors are welcome to the campground between the hours of 9am and 10pm. If there is no parking on your campsite, please have visitors park at guest parking and walk to your site.

  • Pool and showers are for registered campers only. Visitors can use the pool or showers for a fee, purchase pool or shower pass at the campground office.

  • Do not leave any garbage on your campsite or in your firepit. It is important to properly dispose of garbage when you are away from the site and/or overnight. Garbage left in firepits will be a $25+ disposal fee.

  • Campfires must be contained to your designated firepit and must not exceed 0.5m x 0.5m in size. Do not leave the fire unattended and always fully extinguish your campfire with plenty of water before leaving your campsite/going to bed. You should be able to put your hand in the coals. Leaving hot coals (or Fire!) in your firepit will result in a $100 fee and a lifetime ban from the campground.

  • Respect campfire bans set by the local government. Ignoring fire bans poses a threat the the local community and will result in a $1000+ fine.

  • Generators are only permitted in the non-service area from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

  • Banned items: Water balloons, nut shells of any kind, spitz, drones, quads and of course karaoke - nobody likes that!

The Kimberley Riverside Campground has a zero-tolerance policy for public intoxication, vulgar language and for threatening or abusive behavior towards staff or fellow campers. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction, banning from future bookings and involvement of law enforcement as necessary.
