Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for any reasons, at the option of the purchaser shall be subject to following refund policies.

• Cancellations due to COVID 19 restrictions will be fully refunded with no cancellation fee. Documentation may be required.

• Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded 100% subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled between 14 and 7 days in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation stay.

• Reservations cancelled between 7 and 3 days in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation stay.

• Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours notice before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
