PAYMENT,  CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

Payment in full must be made at the time the reservation is made. 

Cabins: CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Camping and Pavilions: CREDIT CARD ONLINE, or CREDIT CARD, CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED IN PERSON.

• Cancellations made before 7 days of arrival will be given camp credit with an expiration date of one year from the date of cancellation.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and not eligible for camp credit.

WHAT IS CAMP CREDIT? Camp Credit is defined as a credit to be used for a future stay for any location within Lake Carl Blackwell for one year from the date of cancellation NOT the date of reservation.

If you are already staying in an RV or Tent site at Lake Carl Blackwell, there will be NO Camp Credit given due to the discomforts or perceived discomforts of nature. The fun continues, rain or shine! Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management.
