TERMS and CONDITIONS

Payment in full must be made, with a credit card, at the time the reservation is made.

Reservations can be made up to one year in advance for campsites, cabins, pavilions, and bunkhouse.

Cabins:

Check-in on day of arrival is 3:00 PM and Check-out on day of departure is 11:00 AM sharp.  Others will be coming in behind you with reservations.

Require a two-night minimum. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum.

NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED. 

There is a $25 per stay non-refundable pet fee. This fee helps us cover the cost of deep cleaning the cabin in preparation for our next guest.  Fines may be incurred retroactively for non-registered pets at the sole discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management.

All rentals are considered to be “Good Housekeeping”. They are clean when you check-in, and we ask they are that way when you vacate.

Customers must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a cabin.

The customer must provide a current driver's license or state ID when checking in. Only the person making the reservation may check in.

Camping:

Check-in on the day of arrival is 3:00 PM and Check-out on the day of departure is 12:00 PM sharp.  Others will be coming in behind you with reservations.

Pine Grove RV:  This is a weekly campground.  Reservations must begin on a Monday (Check-in) and end on a Monday (Check-out).

PAYMENT,  CANCELLATION, and REFUND POLICY

Payment in full must be made at the time the reservation is made. 

Cabins: CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Camping and Pavilions: CREDIT CARD ONLINE, or CREDIT CARD, CASH, OR CHECKS ACCEPTED IN PERSON.

  • Cancellations made before 7 days of arrival will be given camp credit with an expiration date of one year from the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and not eligible for camp credit.

WHAT IS CAMP CREDIT? Camp Credit is defined as a credit to be used for a future stay for any location within Lake Carl Blackwell for one year from the date of cancellation NOT the date of reservation.

If you are already staying in an RV or Tent site at Lake Carl Blackwell, there will be NO Camp Credit due to nature's discomforts or perceived discomforts. The fun continues, rain or shine! Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management. 

PERMITTING ADDITIONAL ITEMS: 

As part of your reservation, you will receive TWO free permits for the duration of your concurrent stay. The first should be displayed in your vehicle, and the second can be used for an additional vehicle or for a visitor visiting you at the park while you are here. 

Boats, PWCs, and golf carts will require an additional permit at $10 per day per item for the duration of your stay. A citation may result if this requirement is not met.
