Refund Policy

Refund policy for campground fees:  Online and phone reservations are charged a one-day stay for cancellation unless reservations are cancelled by the campground. A one-day fee is also charged for failure to cancel a phone reservation. Guests pay for their expected length of stay at check in. Refunds after check- in are subjected to a 20% transaction fee on the refunded amount.
