Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Daily stays - 6 nights or less:
Canceling 0-14 days in advance of your stay will result in a forfeiture of all money paid. 
Cancelling 15 or more days in advance of your stay will result in a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. 

Weekly Stays - 7 nights up until 27 nights:
Canceling 0-30 days in advance of your stay will result in a forfeiture of all money paid. 
Cancelling 31 or more days in advance of your stay will result in a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. 

Monthly Stays - greater than 28 nights:
Canceling 0-45 days in advance of your stay will result in a forfeiture of all money paid. 
Cancelling 46 or more days in advance of your stay will result in a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. 

Holiday Weekends: There are no refunds for cancelling on holiday weekends.
