Terms & Conditions

 

I agree to pay the total amount according to the card issuer agreement. 

I agree that management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.

I agree and shall have my children and guests agree to the Lake Ozark Speedway Campground Rules as stated, posted or otherwise communicated in any manner by the Lake Ozark Speedway Campground Management or Staff.

As a courtesy, our employees will escort you to your site.  It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite.  You agree to indemnify and hold Lake Ozark Speedway Campground, its owners and agents (collectively Lake Ozark Speedway Campground Management) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney's fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite.  Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Lake Ozark Speedway Campground, it’s owners and agents for any and all liability, loss or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.

 

CHECK-IN: 12 Noon

CHECK-OUT: 11:00am additional fees apply for check-out after 12:00pm.

Each site is limited to one camping unit. There will be additional fees for additional units.

Permitted per site: 2 adults; 3 children. 2 vehicles permitted per site.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00PM – 8:00AM

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH

FIRES: Both charcoal and wood fires are permitted IN FIREPIT ONLY.

PORTA-POTTIES: Please do not dump in our toilets.

WASTE WATER: In order to comply with Missouri State Health Laws, dumping of waste water on the ground is prohibited! (This includes sink and stored water.)

TRASH: Do not litter. Please use containers provided at various locations throughout the campground. Do not leave trash in your site.

VISITORS: All visitors must comply with all rules as your guests upon arrival.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. Do not leave your children unattended on the premises without a responsible adult (age 18+).

 

CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS

These rules and regulations apply to all camping areas within the Lake Ozark Speedway property. No overnight camping is allowed in any of the regularly designated parking areas. Reserved space becomes available as reserved through the Lake Ozark Speedway Campground Office.

Pricing: All reserved camping spots must be paid in advance. “No Refunds”

Reserved Power Spots - $35/Night

Reserved Dry Camping Spots - $20/Night

IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER AND OR HIGH WINDS, IMMEDIATELY SEEK SHELTER AS DIRECTED BY THE LAKE OZARK SPEEDWAY CAMPGROUND STAFF.

1. ALL CAMPERS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE CAMP OFFICE OR AT MAIN OFFICE PRIOR TO PARKING - NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. ALL CAMPERS WILL BE ISSUED A CAMPING PERMIT THAT MUST BE DISPLAYED IN VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. ALL CAMPING PERMITS MUST BE RETURNED TO CAMP OFFICE UPON DEPARTURE.

3. CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00AM

4. Camping fee is for one camping unit per spot.

5. Camping fee’s start the day unit/s is placed on Lake Ozark Speedway Property.

6. Quiet time hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am: Excessively loud generators are subject to “quiet time” hours.

7. Loud music and/or excessive partying outside of designated “quiet time” hours (10:00pm-8:00am) are not permitted and will result in loss of camping privileges, with no refund.

8. Curfew time hours: 2:00am – 6:30am: No motorized personal transportation vehicles are permitted to be in operation during curfew time hours

9. All motorized personal transportation vehicles on Lake Ozark Speedway Property must prominently display an official yearly Lake Ozark Speedway motorized personal transportation vehicles permit on the right front (passenger side) of unit at all times and must abide by curfew time hours.

10. Motorized personal transportation vehicles are restricted to the designated roads and paths within the camp ground area and parking lots of Lake Ozark Speedway. Violation of restricted areas will result in loss of privileges.

11. Maximum Speed Limit is 5 MPH (includes all vehicles and motorized personal transportation vehicles).

12. Drones and Fireworks are prohibited and users are punishable by all Federal and State Laws.

13. Music must be kept to a low level along with all other noise rendering devices. We are not discouraging the enjoyment of others as you sit around campfire and enjoy a night of relaxation and fun but we must be mindful of others around you.

 

14. All pets are to be leashed and under your control at all times - please clean up after them. (No Pets allowed in Grandstands).

15. Please place all trash in Bags and place in trash barrels or dumpsters in the area.

16. Space is to be cleaned upon departure and all trash bagged. Failure to comply will result in loss of future privileges.

17. Campfires must be extinguished upon departure. Failure to comply will result in loss of future privileges.

18. Failure to comply with any or all of these rules will result in loss of privilege.

 

PETS

Always keep your pet(s) on short leash of 10ft.

Pick up pet deposits and put in trash can.

Keep inside after dark.

Keep out of buildings and other’s campsites.

Must be able to show proof of current vaccination record.

Keep inside when you will be away from site.

Restrictions: No dangerous breeds.

ENJOYING Lake Ozark Speedway WITH YOUR PET

Responsible pet owners and their pets are welcome at Lake Ozark Speedway. Following are a few simple rules to ensure that you, your pet and other race fans the outing. These rules apply to all types of pets except service animals assisting people with disabilities.

PET RULES

*Keep it to two dogs or fewer per campsite.
As a courtesy to other visitors, it is recommended you bring no more than two dogs per campsite. This also helps reduce the impact on the natural resources and aids with noise control.

*Keep your pet on a leash (not longer than 10 feet) at all times.
Even the best trained pets can be unpredictable when in a different environment. Other pets, people and wildlife can be a distraction. Keeping your pet on a leash ensures its safety as well as the safety of other visitors.

*Keep your pet under control at all times and quiet. Do not leave a pet unattended.
Barking dogs can ruin the enjoyment of the park for everyone. Leaving a pet unattended, even if properly leashed, can be a danger to the pet and nearby visitors. If you need to leave your pet at the campsite, secure your pet inside the camping unit/tent. Do not leave it outside the camping unit, even if leashed.

*Pets are not allowed inside the gates of Lake Ozark Speedway. Large crowds and pets cause hazards.

*Clean up your pet's waste.
No one wants to step in the mess left behind. Bring your own bags to pick up your pet's waste. Ensure that the waste bags are placed in a trash receptacle after use.

*Failure to abide by certain rules may result in a fine or your removal from the facility.

*Make your visit enjoyable by being considerate of other visitors and the natural resources of the park.

TOP WAYS TO HAVE AN ENJOYABLE VISIT WITH YOUR PET

*Appreciate the natural and cultural resources of the facility. Keep your pet from digging in any area of the park or historic site, and out of any buildings.

*Enjoy your pet's company but remember that not everyone is comfortable around them. Keep your pet leashed and under control.

*Make sure your pet has plenty of water and food.

*Leave no waste behind for the next visitor to find. Bring your own bags to pick up your pet's waste. Ask about the location of trash dumpsters.

*Respect the natural habitat of wildlife by keeping your pet at a safe distance.

*Enjoy all the benefits of the outdoors and keep pet noise to a minimum for the benefit of other visitors.

Follow these simple rules as posted. It will leave a positive impression for all pet owners and ensure that this privilege continues.

IN GENERAL

No smoking permitted in buildings or restricted areas.

No digging in ground or roads.

No cutting of any living trees or plants.

No washing of RV’s or vehicles.

NO FIREWORKS

No horses or similar animals allowed on property.

Speed limit is 5 mph for all motorized, human powered,  electric or any other forms of transportation.

Use of alcoholic beverages restricted to your campsite only.

Please be conscious of noise from generators running or any other possible noise opportunity for other guests within Lake Ozark Speedway Campground.

GOLF CART/ATV/UTV OR ANY MOTORIZED PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE RULES & REGULATIONS

LAKE OZARK SPEEDWAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS-INJURIES-THEFT ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF A GOLF CART/ATV/UTV/PIT BIKE/BICYCLE AT LAKE OZARK SPEEDWAY.

The information listed within provides guidance regarding the valid usage of golf cart,  atv or personal transportation type vehicles hereinafter referred to as personal transportation vehicles at Lake Ozark Speedway. Operators of personal transportation vehicles understand that they do so at their own risk and will relieve and hold harmless Lake Ozark Speedway for any and all debts that might occur from theft, accidents, and/or injuries involving the use of the personal transportation vehicles. These regulations have been designed to provide a safe and friendly environment for all persons attending events at Lake Ozark Speedway. Thank you for your cooperation.

We would also like to remind you to obey all city and county laws and restrictions while in the area but off of Lake Ozark Speedway property.

1. OPERATORS “MUST BE 16” OR OLDER AND HOLD A VALID DRIVER LICENSE.

2. Must have proof of insurance. Insured listed on the proof of insurance should match that of the individual registering for the permit.

3. All motorized personal transportation vehicles must be registered with Lake Ozark Speedway. Registration permit is $20 for the season.

4. All motorized personal transportation vehicles must prominently display Lake Ozark Speedway permit on the right front of unit at all times.

5. Motorized personal transportation vehicles and driver must be present to receive a permit from the Pit Admissions office.

6. Motorized personal transportation vehicles intended to be used after dark shall be equipped with headlights or other sufficient lighting sources.

7. Quiet Time is from 10:00pm -8:00am. Motorized personal transportation vehicles must obey quiet time rules. No loud music, excessive partying while being operated.

8. Curfew Time is from 2:00am-6:30am. NO motorized personal transportation vehicles will be operated during curfew time as announced by Lake Ozark Speedway Officials. Any motorized personal transportation vehicles moving during curfew times is a violation of the rule and may result in loss of privilege and/or confiscation of the cart/atv till end of event which it will be impounded by Lake Ozark Security and or Miller County Sheriff’s Department.

9. DO NOT operate in a manner that may endanger passengers and/or any other patrons on the grounds of Lake Ozark Speedway. Maximum Speed Limit is 5 mph. Excessive speeds will not be tolerated. Operators must yield to pedestrians at all times.

10. DO NOT operate motorized personal transportation vehicles while under the influence of alcohol.

11. DO NOT overload of passengers on motorized personal transportation vehicles. No hanging, No riding, No standing – the number of seats equal the maximum number of passenger(s).

12. Motorized personal transportation vehicles are restricted to the designated driveways and paths within the parking lots of Lake Ozark Speedway and designated roads in camp grounds. There shall be no driving on public roadways, landscaping, etc. Motorized personal transportation vehicles may not be chained or cabled to any trees, signposts, etc.

13. NO DRIVING ON THE RACETRACK OR ANY OTHER LAKE OZARK SPEEDWAY PROPERTY NOT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED FOR MOTORIZED PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES ACCESS! VIOLATORS WILL HAVE PRIVILEDGES REMOVED AND VEHICLE IMPOUNDED.

14. Rental golf carts or any other type of rental motorized personal transportation vehicles will also obey by all rules and regulations set forth.

15. Motorized personal transportation vehicles can only be parked within areas designated by proper signage and/or as announced over the Lake Ozark Speedway public address system.

16. Motorized personal transportation vehicles must be parked within these areas in such a fashion that they do not block or impede entrance to buildings, stairways, or designated handicapped areas. Violation of these regulations will result in revocation of privileges and operating permit and may result in motorized personal transportation vehicles being impounded for the remainder of the event, and possible expulsion of the operator from the property with NO REFUND.

All Reservations are paid in full at time of booking.

Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please email at kgreven.powri@gmail.com followed up with a phone call to 417 399-5756 by 12 noon two full days before your scheduled check in date to receive the full refund, minus a $10 processing fee. 

Cancellations made forty-eight (48) hours or less from reservation check-in date will be charged full rate.

If we do not receive a cancellation call all reservation funds will remain billed.

No refunds for late arrival or early departure without 24-hr. notice.

Refunds will not be given to any guests who are asked to leave the property for non compliance of campground rules and policies or who leave prior to the end of their reservation.

Refunds will be credited to the card that is placed on file at the time of your reservation.  Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to appear. 

If you would like to move a reservation to another date without a cancellation fee call the office at 417-399-5756.

Check In Time is 12:00 p.m. (noon) for all sites  Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m. for all sites.

ALL OTHER COMMON SENSE RULES APPLY. ANYONE BREAKING THE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND.

     This campground is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of property, and loss of valuables.

     Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Lake Ozark Speedway Campground in Eldon, MO to photograph the visitor while on premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, visiting others or outdoor games at the Lake Ozark Speedway Campground or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that Lake Ozark Speedway Campground and it's owner, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
