Lake Park RV & Campground

Camp Rules:

  • Quiet Hours: 11 PM to 7 AM
  • Check Out: 12 PM (noon)
  • Children under age 14 must always have adult supervision. (A responsible adult18 and older must be present.)
  • Speed Limit is 10 MPH, please drive carefully and slowly throughout the park.
  • $200 Fine enforced for hitting, or injuring any ducks, goats, wild animals, or pets, as the grounds are a Natural Wildlife Sanctuary.
  • Trash must be placed in trash bags and placed in the nearest trash can or dumpster.
  • Guest’s will not obstruct the driveways, sidewalks, courts, entry ways
  • Guest’s will not hang any laundry, clothing, sheets, etc. from any window, rail, porch or dry any Guests of same within any yard area or space.
  • Guest’s family and guests shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other residents in the immediate area.
  • Pet droppings must be bagged and placed in the nearest trash can or dumpster. If you do not pick up after your pet, you may be asked to leave the campground and incur a housekeeping fee of up to $50 for excessive feces cleaning. 
  • Fire rings are available upon request. Fires must stay in the fire ring.
  • No-Fireworks allowed
  • No outside firewood allowed as it can bring in fouren bugs and cause damage to the health of our lakes ecosystem (fire wood is availabe for purchase at the Campground).
  • All sites are to be occupied by the person making the original reservation and are not transferable to another party, whether you are leaving early or due to any other conditions.
  • Limits: One camping unit of any type, RV, 5th wheel, etc., or tent, per site and only one travel vehicle allowed per site. Additional vehicles may park at the parking area and must display a parking permit for the same time as the original reservation holder for an additional $2.00 per day per vehicle. Absolutely no encroaching into other guest's camp site or any vacant site. 
  • Do not cut through the campsites. You will incur a charge of $200 charge to the card on file if you run over or break an electric or water/sewer hook-up.
  • Rates are based on four-person occupancy for RV Sites, and two-person occupancy for all lodging sites with one vehicle, additional persons must be reported in the reservation and must be approved by management for an additional fee.
  • All visitors must register and receive a parking pass.
  • RV owners are responsible for water leaks and will be charged $25 that will be charged to the card on file for excessive water use.
  • No water sprinklers (RV’s may be washed by paying a $25 per day water use fee).
  • No swimming or wading in the pond due to alligators, snakes, and turtles.
  • Additional charges apply for extra guests and extra vehicles. (Current rates apply for each) extra vehicles include cars/trucks/vans/trailers/ golfcarts/boats.  
  • Golf carts are welcome however 4-wheelers are not allowed at the campground. Speed Limit is 10 m.p.h. throughout the campgrounds and must always be obeyed. Electric Golf Carts are $1.00 per day, price may change without notice.
  • Absolutely, NO fighting. Fighting may result in a police escort off the property and may include the entire party on your site. NO warnings.
  • NO possession or use of illegal drugs allowed. Violation of this may result in a police escort off the property and may include the entire party on your site. NO warnings.
  • Campers must clean their site before leaving. Housekeeping fee of up to $50 may be charged to card on file due to clean up.
  • Do NOT dispose of wastewater or gray water, on the ground. Incidents of this nature may result in a fine of up to $10,000.00 from the Georgia Department of Health and/or EPA.
  • No vehicle leaking oil or fuel on the ground will be permitted. If your vehicle leaks and causes damage to the campsite you may be charged a fee for EPA Clean up. EPA has the right to seek out the reasonable party for restitution. Under the authority of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980
  • Use power outlets at your own risk. Electrical outlets are available throughout the campground for use. The campground is not responsible for any damage to your RV’s while in use. Surge protectors are advised.
  • Caution- when using propane exercise extreme caution, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, extremely dangerous and highly flammable (see office for refill)
  • These rules are for the safety and benefit of all guests. Please abide by park rules or you may be asked to leave.

 

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to our Terms of Service. Lake Park Campground LLC agrees to rent a site (The Service).  You agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Rental Term shall be on a day-to-day basis, which may be terminated at any time by Lake Park Campground LLC. Any violation of the Campground Rules may result in: ejection, forfeiture, and banned from future use of the campground.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation:

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions:

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for the election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Country refers to Georgia, United States
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Lake Park Campground LLC, 5300 Jewell Futch Road.
  • “Recreational vehicle (RV)” means a vehicle designated for temporary living quarters for camping, travelling, or recreational use. It may have its own motor or be mounted on or pulled by another vehicle.
  • “Recreational vehicle park or campground” means an accommodation for recreational vehicles or other camping outfits where an individual site is rented, and the intent of the park or campground is not to establish permanent residences.
  • "Tourist Accommodation" means any facility consisting of two or more rooms or dwelling units providing lodging and other accommodations to the general public, such as tourist courts, tourist cottages, tourist homes, trailer parks, trailer courts, motels, motor hotels, hotels, and any similar place by whatever name called and any food, beverage, laundry, recreational or other facilities or establishments operated in conjunction therewith. This definition includes any facility consisting of two or more rooms or dwelling units either joined together or separate on a common piece of property, furnished for pay and further includes campgrounds, recreational vehicle parks and bed and breakfast inns. A tourist accommodation is not a facility intended for permanent residence, or a facility available only to members of a club or through private lease or invitation
  • Site means any rented site that You use as our Services such as a campsite, RV site, or the Clubhouse.
  • Service refers to your stay at our campground facility; the Site you rent from the Company.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and Lake Park Campground LLC regarding the use of our Service.
  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
  • Website refers to Lake Park RV & Campground, accessible from http://www.lakeparkrvcamp.com
  • You include I, Me, My, Your, Guests, Visitor and Family meaning the “individual” accessing the company’s property or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Service.

By accessing or using our Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you may not access our Campground to use our Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to reserve our Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that You visit.

    Pets Policy:

    Lake Park Campground LLC assumes no responsibility for any pets, which may be on the premises and no pets of any kind other than house pets belonging to a camper shall be kept on the campsite. No Pets in any rental lodgings, Violation will result in 100% forfeit of the deposit, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

    ● Non-aggressive pets are allowed. If your animal displays violent animal behavior, you may be asked to leave the Campground with no warning!

    ● None of the following breeds are allowed: Policy on Aggressive Dog Breeds

    ● A six (6’) foot leash rule is in effect when the pet is outside the owner’s camper, tent, vehicle, or cabin.

    ● All pets must be always on a leash under the owner’s control.

    ● No pet shall be left tied or otherwise unattended at any time.

    ● Please be considerate of other guests by not allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night.

    ● Pets are not allowed in any public building, on the playground, in the pool area or in the pond.

    ● Complaints concerning aggressive behavior or uncontrolled barking of a pet, or of a camper failing to keep a pet on a leash or clean up after a pet may result in you being immediately asked to leave the camp.

     

    Policy on Aggressive Dog Breeds

    The following breeds are NOT permitted on property for insurance purposes. ● Rottweiler ● Pitt Bull ● Staffordshire Terrier ● Doberman Pinscher ● Akita ● Alaskan Malamute ● Siberian Husky ● Wolf breeds ● Chow Chow ● Great Dane ● Presa Canarios ● Mastiff

    These breeds are considered to have aggressive tendencies and are a liability.

    {The only exception to this rule is if the owner can provide a Canine Liability Policy or a Canine Good Citizen certificate.}

    APPEARANCE: To help maintain a certain standard of appearance:

    a. The Company limits RV’s age for an extended stay (longer than 2 weeks). an RV more than 10 years old is not permitted for an extended stay without prior approval.

    b. I understand my RV must be in good condition and well maintained.

    c. Before erecting or building anything at my campsite, I must first get approval from The Company. The Company reserves the right to charge for each additional structure on my site.

    d. My campsite shall always remain neat and orderly.

    e. No tying tarps to trees at my campsite. No tarping RV for more than 3 days.

    f. Visual storage of material of any type under a vehicle is strictly prohibited. My site must remain free from trash, debris, and unused items other than a patio table, chairs, BBQ grill, and awning.

    g. The Company reserves the right at any time to ask me to remove any item on my site or to remove or disassemble anything built or erected on my site.

    Month to Month agreement 30-day campsite rate INCREASE: The Company agrees to supply me with written notification of any rate increase at least 30 days prior to my next payment due. 30-day campsite rate may be adjusted at any time if taxes or utilities increase or decrease. All Monthly rentals rates are subject to all Tourist Accommodation taxes required by the state of Georgia and Lowndes County.

    i. RECOVERY OF UNPAID BILLS: GUEST acknowledges that The Company is hereby given a lien upon RV and Vehicles listed in this agreement to secure all site rental fees, repairs, hardware, materials, labor, or services rendered to or supplied to GUEST during the terms of this Agreement.

    Any item left on The Company’s property 15 days beyond the expiration of this Agreement will be offered for public sale to cover site rental charges.

    j. DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT: I authorize The Company to use my Damage/Cleaning deposit to repair damage caused by me or to clean my site. Any remaining balance will be mailed to me within 5 days after my departure date ONLY if I leave a mailing address. If I do not leave a mailing address, I forfeit any remaining balance.

    k. PERSONAL PROPERTY: I agree to release all interests and claims to ownership and possession of all personal property remaining on the site, or on The Company’s grounds, at 12:00 PM (noon) the day following termination of this Agreement. I agree that said left personal property shall become the property of The Company immediately and, as such, The Company, at its discretion, shall have the right to dispose of said personal property within twenty-four (24) hours. LIABILITY: The use of The Company’s facilities is at the user’s own risk. The Company’s guests are responsible for their visitors. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of RV Guests/campers/visitors. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to RV or camping guest’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, any casualty, or act of God. Registered guests and all other users of this property expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.

    DISCLAIMER:  All persons enter at their own discretion and risk. Owners will not be responsible for any bodily injury or harm to any person(s), including loss of life or limb, or for any personal property loss or damage(s) of any nature, be it to their vehicle(s), camping unit(s), or personal belongings or whatsoever. The Company provides its services, including but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By staying at or using The Company’s facilities, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will The Company be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the campground. This includes, but is in no way limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by our negligence or things beyond our control.

    INDEMNIFICATION: RV Guest and/or camping guest shall indemnify and hold harmless The Company its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to persons, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of the Guests exercise of his rights hereunder.

    RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Lake Park RV & Campground is private property. The Company reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice to residents or guests. The Company, at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse entry on the campground to any person and to evict current guests without a refund. The Company also reserves the right to refuse to accommodate current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and /or have vacated the campground without paying all fees.

    All reservations are limited to 89 days with a required 24 hour check out of the property. Customers may not declare residency or domicile at the address of 5300 Jewel Futch Rd. Lake Park GA. 31636. Receiving mail, packages, or deliveries at this property does not constitute residency or domicile. 

    Regardless of the length of the customers stay, or the renewal of a reservation, the customer will only sign the Terms and Conditions Policy once and will be applied to all future reservations. 

    Force Majeure.  The Company and its Owners shall not be required to perform any obligations under this Agreement, nor be liable for loss or damage for failure to do so, nor shall User be released from any of its payment or performance obligations under this Agreement, where The Company and its Owner’s failure arises from or through acts of God, strikes, lockouts, labor difficulties, explosions, sabotage, accidents, riots, civil commotions, acts of war, terrorism, fire, and casualty, legal requirements, energy shortage, epidemic or pandemic, public health order, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company and the Owner.

    Cancellations: All Reservations are subject to the "no refund policy" and may be charged a cancellation fee of up to $25 per reservation. In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be given within a minimum of 14 days prior to check in date.VIA Email or by phone.

     

    Refund Policy

    No refunds will be issued for, but not limited to the following reasons:

    • Weather-related
    • Early departures, 
    • RV and other equipment failures
    • Evictions from rule violations

    For reasons other than the listed above, any refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis, at the discretion of Lake Park RV & Campground.

     

    Termination

    “We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.”

    The Company has Zero Tolerance for Violence, anyone who displays violence towards any person at any time will be escorted off property by Law Enforcement and be held accountable by the laws governing Georgia and be liable for any damages and or court cost that may incur due to any violent actions, as such forfeits the right to sue the company or its owner’s, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately.

    Illegal activity prohibited - No Illegal activity-drugs or sale or distribution of illegal substance on campground property. All state and federal laws enforcing the sale and use of illegal substances in the state of Georgia apply.

    Limitation of Liability

    Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company and its employees or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company its employees or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

    Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

    "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

    The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

    Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

    Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

    Governing Law

    The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

     

    Disputes Resolution

    If you have any concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

    The United States Legal Compliance

    You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

    Severability and Waiver

    Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

    Waiver

    Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

    Translation Interpretation

    These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

      Changes to These Terms and Conditions

      We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

      By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
