FAQ & GENERAL RULES 

• The Land of Waterfalls RV Park does not have a bathhouse or any type of facilities on site. By renting a space you are required to utilize your camper's bathroom and wash facility. Tent campers are encouraged to book at the Davidson River Campground nearby.

• Prices are based on 2 adults per RV site in one tow vehicle. If you have more than 2 people per RV site and need an additional parking spot for additional vehicles / people, the rate is $15.00 per extra vehicle per day.  

• We do not have a shower house or laundry for the use of our customers. The Land of Waterfalls RV Park offers no amenities other than the provided services at each site that are limited to electric, water and sewer pump out. • Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.    

• You are responsible for the action of yourself and your guest. 

• It is your responsibility to have the proper sewer connections and clean up any spillage caused by your unit. 

• Please observe a 5 mph speed limit throughout the park. 

• The water provided by Land of Waterfalls RV Park is artesian well water. 

• Keep your area clean & neat.  Be a good neighbor. 

• Pets are permitted, but must be kept in doors and on a leash while walking in the area. Please clean up after your pet. Do not tie up pets outside of RV. Please keep in mind that U.S. 64 is a very busy highway that is not friendly to pets off leash. 

• Our sites are designed for one RV and one vehicle, but there is adequate room for an additional vehicle at each site. Please do not park vehicles at other campsites. 

• Please do not walk through other guest's sites uninvited.  Please refrain from using empty sites as they have been groomed for the next guest. 

• Vehicle repair and changing oil is not allowed on site.   

• When departing from park, try not to block the ingress and egress of other vehicles. 

• Guest check-in's are no earlier than 3 PM and guest check outs are no later than 12 PM. 

• All reservations must go through the www.landofwaterfallsrv.com website. Visitors found to be occupying a site without a prior reservation will be prosecuted for trespassing. 

• Cancellation policy: full refunds are available if notified and approved at least 30 days in advance of your reservation.  

• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

If you or your guests violate these simple rules you and your guests will be expelled without any refund and not allowed to return. Please review the Terms of Service for additional information.
