Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy will now be by 2:00 PM 10 days prior to your reservation for individual sites
  • Group sites will now be 30 days notice by 2:00 PM prior to your reservation.  
  • Sites can be transfered by emailing details of your rerservation and transfer request to Lindbrookstargazercampground@gmail.com
  • There is a $10.00 anytime cancellation fee per site and nonrefundable 5.00 booking fee regardless of notice. If inadequate notice is given we reserve the right to charge you for all sites and all days you have booked.  This has been implemented to reduce the booking of multiple sites and cancelling prior to.  Last year we turned away 100's of potential guests due to booked sites and had times when we were unable to fill them which is a cost to us and loss of other potential guests who would like to enjoy our space with us.
