Refund Policy

Camping and lodging refunds

• We understand that plans change and you may need to change or even cancel your reservation. To receive a refund you must notify us 10 full days in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel or change your reservation less than ten days in advance of your arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. The deposit being the total amount you have paid.
• All refunds will be minus a $25.00 service charge. 

No refunds for canceled float trips

• There are no refunds for float trips due to rain. Instead you will be issued a rain check good for up to year from the date issued. To receive a raincheck it must be raining at Lucky Clover and you must be present on the morning of your float. If it is still raining at 12:00 noon, you will be issued a rain check. If the rain stops before noon, you will be expected to float. No refunds for returning early form river trips. We do not give rain checks If it starts raining during your trip.
