Terms of Service
RATES & PRICES: Rates and prices are for One (1) RV and One (1) tow vehicle and Two (2) people, we can accommodate your boat. Guests under 18 stay for free.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be held until 4:00 pm unless guaranteed. Reservations for the following year will require a $50.00 deposit to guarantee your site. NO EXCEPTIONS
GUESTS: All vehicles and guests require the approval of the managers. All vehicles must be registered and insured.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 2:00 pm, Check-out is 12:00 (Noon).
LATE CHECK INS: We are unable to do check ins after dusk. If you will be arriving late (after 8:30 in the summer, 5:30 in the winter) please call the office ahead of time for instructions. 541-247-7618
PARKING: Please no parking on the grass or paved pads at campsites.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph throughout the park.
QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
TRASH: Please bag and dispose of your trash in the dumpster, break down any boxes, and recycle cans and bottles. Please do not leave trash outside of campers.
CHILDREN: Must be accompanied by an adult in Restrooms, Rec Room and Laundry room.
PETS: No Pitbulls or Pitbull mixes. Please keep pets on a leash at all times. Clean up after your pet. Cats are not allowed in the cabin. Only certified Service Animals are authorized in the Rec Center, Restrooms and Laundry Room.
SMOKERS: Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Smoking is Prohibited in all the park buildings.
CAMPFIRES: Campfires are only permitted in authorized fire pits.
ATVs: Approved ATVs allowed from RV space down to the rock bar only.
FISH CLEANING STATION: Leave it clean when you are finished. All carcasses are the responsibility of the fisherman. Bags are available for your carcasses.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES: Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
WATER: Purple colored pipes/faucets and pipes/faucets labeled non-potable are not meant for human consumption.
WIFI: The wireless network is not intended to be used for High bandwidth operations, such as large file transfers, media sharing with peer-to-peer programs, or gaming.
RV SITES: All residents in the park are required to maintain a clean area around their site as well as a clean presentable RV or trailer. All Monthly RV sites will be put on an electric meter and charged for the amount used.
NO SHOW POLICY: If a guest does not arrive on their reservation arrival date and their balance has not been paid they will lose their deposit and the reservation will be cancelled.
CHANGING RESERVATIONS: When a change needs to be made to an existing reservation, the reservation will be cancelled following the existing cancellation policy and a new reservation will be created.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the reservation arrival date, the $50 deposit will be refunded less the $5 booking fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date the $50 deposit will be lost.
REFUND POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the reservation arrival date, the $50 deposit will be refunded less the $5 booking fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date the $50 deposit will be lost.
No walking through other sites.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime.
