Cancellation Policy

RV CANCELLATION POLICY: We take a 50% deposit towards your reservation.  The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your check-in date.  If you need to cancel your reservation, you have until 14 days prior to your check-in date to cancel.  We will give you a park credit for the balance of your reservation that is good for one year from the date of the reservation, or if a refund is preferred we will withhold a $25 cancellation fee and refund the balance to your card.  If you cancel witin 14 days of your reservation you will forfeit the entire amount.

COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: We take a 50% deposit towards your reservation.  The balance must be paid off 30 days prior to your check-in date.  If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your stay, we will offer you a park credit for the full amount of your reservation.  If a refund is preferred, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. if you cancel 14 to 30 days prior to your reservation you will recieve park credit for 50% of your payment.  If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days prior, your full reservation cost is forfeited.

TENT SITE CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 1 night non-refundable deposit charged for every reservation. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival date, you may transfer your deposite to a later date (limited to 1 transfer).  If your reservation is not cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date, you will lose the 1 night deposit. Failure to cancel a confirmed reservation will incur the total amount of the reservation.

COMMUNITY COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $75 deposit charge at the time of reservation which is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Failure to cancel a confirmed reservation 48 hours prior will incur the total amount of the reservation. Additional Notes:

  • Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds.
  • In the event of any kind of mandatory evacuation for a hurricane or any other natural disaster, camping credit vouchers will be issued, no refunds.
  • Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed.
